lWall-E IS awesome! Eva looks like Lady Gaga as a human! =P So cute and I love the music! It's a great lullaby! And when they danced that was my favourite part! I cried at that scene, too! In my opinion, I'd picture Eva to actually look like Taylor Swift as a human. Since Eva and Taylor both have blue eyes, and I could picture a long white gown for Eva's body! Well in my opinion it depends on the character of the person. Probably a person that doesn't like change that much might receive the idea of a humanization of the character as something wrong.

While I can't imagine them playing as humans in that movie (it'd be a little weird), I'm OK with they're human forms.

It kind of reminds me of how Weebo projected herself in Phillip's room on one night or in her post-mortem message. (Flubber)
