That big wave caught me off guard. I was perching atop of a seat & when I realised the ferry was about to pitch heavily, I had to sit down quickly or risk injuring my spine!
you need to get a grip mate "no where near rough" what have you been on a tanker? if you compare the size of the Clansman with a 8-9 gale its very rough.
Is that the friday winter sailing from oban to Uist, Barra and back? I was on this ferry last october it left oban at 8:30am and the boat got diverted to barra firstt coz it was a force 8-9, I was going to Uist and eventually got their at 5:20 in the afternoon lol
I love her - she's a fab seaboat who loves a good old fight with the waves! I'm already planning a trip on her next winter, hopefully when the weather in the Minch is at its worst!
