Dolly always looks great. With or without cosmetic surgery, none of us looks the same in our senior years as we did in our twenties and thirties. Popular artists like Dolly have a professional image to maintain that is part of their celebrity, and nobody does it better than Dolly does.
Have you ever taken a look around? Most of the people in the world don't look half as good as Dolly ever has. Do they need your skanking comparisons? I think not. I think they have better things to do with their time. You, evidently, don't have anything to do with your time but be a judgemental enquiry whore!

I think Dolly's breasts were not enhanced, she was born that way, she even had surgery to reduce their size a little bit. She had very minimal plastic surgery, she's already beautiful.
You are comparing old photos with new ones. She may have had some enhancements, but not enough to change her looks that much - we all will grow old in time regardless of how much plastic surgery. She still is a pretty woman.

I love that people are saying how much they prefer Dolly Parton's "before" look. You're comparing photos taken more than 30 years ago with others taken recently. How about taking photos of yourselves, then take another one in 2048 and see which you like better?

Although she was incredibly beautiful when she was younger, I bet gravity took its toll on her like it does to everyone else.. If she wants to use plastic surgery to keep things from dangling she should do that, as long as she is happy doing it. I think she is gorgeous no matter what!

Yes she looked better before surgery but she was much younger then. The price of fighting off age with massive bouts of plastic surgery is looking like a monster of some sort. If I had their money my face would probably look worse than theirs as I foolishly tried to keep my looks (if I had any Ha-Ha).

Lots of comments talk about how beautiful she was before surgery and why would she change that but what most are not realizing is those pics are when she was a young woman. Naturally she looked beautiful but as she aged her face changed and was going to naturally so she only had the surgery when that stuff started happening. If there was a before pic just prior to the surgery maybe the difference could be seen more.

I remember her having big boobs before implants were invented ! I am the same way. (I have big boobs). I am not a vain person whatsoever (and never have been). But I do have my own comment that I add ~ regarding the fact that I am an 'organ donor'. I say, that's what they would want ~ my boobs !!
