Keep Scraggy because Darumaka ,or whatever his name is, is a fire type and Spoinkers! is a fire type as well. You don't need two fire types and it would therefore be inefficient. Kepp every single pokemon on your team different so you can possibly have a supereffective move against any type from your team. hope you see this!
