I remember Toontown like this, before Boarding Groups, before Speedchat Plus, before hackers started taking over Toontown, when Toontown was crowded, when I got on in the evenings there were about 3 full districts! Toon Parties are not a major difference, so I don't care about them. Toontown started going down the toilet in 2009, when the hackers started coming and boarding groups were released.
