Hmm... I have bad experiences with dutch truckers not willing to give way at any price.

One of them was fined here in the Copenhagen area, though. In Denmark the rule is that when vehicles on the motorway meet vehicles on the incoming ramp, the rearmost vehicle has to let the frontmost vehicle in at the time when the lane dividers stop. Even if he has to brake.
