Just to elaborate: I think you could tag some serious views and bring awareness to the cause of your choice or make a heft advertising revenue. 1) find your target audience (woodsmen, hunters, survivalists, "preparationists" [dooms day survivalists]). 2) explain the utility of the structure (tell me why I want one, market it, but be genuine) 3) show some construction in progress (I recommend a time lapse for the ADD generation, all those related video quick links are very tempting.)
@paradigmentropy Thanks for the tips. Kinda busy now, but I will update the tag lines with the words you mentioned. I haven't had a chance to go back out there to the site to film progress lately, and I hate to steal my friend's thunder as he does vids of his work also. I just posted a link to his channel in the description above. He has a lot more on this type of construction.
@jdat747 If I understand correctly, you're the camera-man and your friend is the hammer-man. Let your friend be the archetypal handyman, link to his videos from yours. You can be the marketeer. There is nothing wrong with you spending time boiling down your friend's craft to a form that "regular" people will understand. Suppose your friend gets 500 hits per month and following your "marketeer summary videos" he gets 1,000, but you get 2,000... Who loses, between you? No one. You both win. Do it.
Here's a tip because I thought it was a neat video: drop "sustainable" from the title and the intro. It's INNOVATIVE. It's CREATIVE. It's FRUGAL. It's an "innovative, cheap club house" or an "innovative cheap green house" or an "innovative cheap hunting blind"... However you want to bill it, there's no clear utility in this structure, it's not clear that it's sturdy (although, the talk about counteracting the malleability of the clay may suggest otherwise). Good vid, *could* be an AWESOME vid!
