Actually, Fable 2 is a lot more user-friendly than you think. It didn't penalise you by disallowing certain perks if you didn't quite meet the requirements.

fable 2. was impressed by things such as season changes in-game, artificial intelligence of your npc dog and interactions with other npc's, wish that the world in the game was larger and that there where no loading screens. after finishing the game, it wasn't worth anymore to re-play the game.
both are nice games, but liked fable 2 slightly better because they actually try something new and revolutionair rather then recycling another game and give it a 'fresh' look.

What was good about Fable 2? Why is it rated M? It feels like a Childs game. In Fallout 3 I'm blowing limbs off and in Fable 2 I'm raising a family. Fable 2 sucked and there's nothing that will change my mind of that.

Fallout3: Too easy too. Short+suckyt mainstory (sidequest make up for it). Too open (why is there no transport at all? (enclave has helis! why cant you even have a simple bike? walking = slow). Glitchy AI. Low level of customization.

The customization level in Fallout 3 is HIGH AS FUCK.You can choose gender, skin color, face shape, hair styles and hair color. There is all kinds of armor and weapons. And Fable 2 battles are somewhat easy but some parts of the game (non-battles) can be confusing. Fallout 3 and Fable 2 both had long story-lines. Fallout 3 also had great expansions. They were all good.
Fable 2 is well better but then again thats my type of game i have Fall out 3 because my friends said i would like it but i hate it i found it boring and i loved everything about Fable 2 and can't wait for Fable 3! X3

Look,I'm not gonna bash Fable 2. It was a FANTASTIC game,BUT it was NOWHERE close to being as good as Fallout 3. Fable 2 was a fantasy. A silly escape into a fantasy land of hobbits and furry fucks. Fallout 3 was a game of COMPLETE immersion. You were sucked into the game. It made you feel like you were fighting for you life in the wasteland. It was realistic and fun. Not for the faint of heart.

fallout 3 sucks. the gameplay boils down to waiting for vats to recharge, and there aren't any consequence for your actions, just a different dialogue response, or loot variant. In fable 2 you go off to infiltrate a cult for a decade after being caught, tortured, and refusing to switch sides, I escaped home to my wife killed in retaliation. quality over quantity.
But cant compare these games but you can ask the people which one they like better :) I have finished both games and their expansion packs they are both great but if you ask me which one i like better the answer is....I dont know.....I love them both! :)

i know, I like games like dragon age origins, fallout 3 is great with the DLC and all but felt a lot like a shooter and not an rpg. Fable 2 was an Epic Fail. The thing about fallout 3 is it tends to be okay at the beginning,alright after about 10-20 hours of gameplay, and freaking amazing past that. you just got to get out there and find good weapons. plus you can change difficulty settings.

fallout 3 beats fable 2 in every way EVERY WAY fallout is complete free roam do whatever you want madness while fable 2 locks you on a small path and sets you on a one track story with a choice at the end and they ruined the magic system from fable O and fallout has 1000s of free downloads (Fallout3nexxusFTW) some are stupid but who cares

Comparing fallout 3 and Fable is like having Mike tyson and paris hilton in the ring together.
Look,I'm not gonna bash Fable 2. It was a FANTASTIC game,BUT it was NOWHERE close to being as good as Fallout 3. Fable 2 was a fantasy. A silly escape into a fantasy land of hobbits and furry fucks. Fallout 3 was a game of COMPLETE immersion. You were sucked into the game. It made you feel like you were fighting for you life in the wasteland. It was realistic and fun. Not for the faint of heart.

I think they Fallout 3 was perfectly made with the exception of its glitches and bugs,but it's as i said earlier. Aside from the bugs there are no "flaws" with fallout 3 from what i saw. Again,if you think there is then elaborate please.

@fallout3master358 Because I didn't like it simple as that. Everyone has games they like and don't like. I didn't care for fallout 3. I never got into the story line I just played it and didn't really care. Fable 2 I was actually interested in how the game was progressing along.

Not a good match. You should compare Fallout 3 with Fable 3 for the pc when it comes out. I have Fallout 3 for the pc and quit it after it got a little boring. Nice game though.

fallout 3 sucks. the gameplay boils down to waiting for vats to recharge, and there aren't any consequence for your actions, just a different dialogue response, or loot variant. In fable 2 you go off to infiltrate a cult for a decade after being caught, tortured, and refusing to switch sides, I escaped home to my wife killed in retaliation. quality over quantity.

Peter Molynuex himself said that Fable 2 is an Action Adventure game, with RPG Elements. Fallout is a third/first person sooter RPG.
That's like comparing Modern Warfare 2 with Street Fighter...

I'm not much of a fallout 3 fan (I couldn't get the hang of it), but fable 2 was a bust. the first was WAY better, and now I hear about a fable 3? O.o hopefully, they can make up what they did with fable 2 .. in this case, fable 2 or fallout 3, fallout 3 is better. I like the story and gameplay, but I kept dying with the gameplay =P haha good game though

i know, I like games like dragon age origins, fallout 3 is great with the DLC and all but felt a lot like a shooter and not an rpg. Fable 2 was an Epic Fail. It was just mini games and a 5 hour quest gathering people with powers to destroy a god damn music box with what appears to be their chests. WTF?, was my reaction. Fallout NV, will be good too though when it comes out later in the year.

The thing about fallout 3 is it tends to be okay at the beginning,alright after about 10-20 hours of gameplay, and freaking amazing past that. you just got to get out there and find good weapons. plus you can change difficulty settings.

they are both awesome! theres a new fallout coming out this year called Fallout new Vegas. in the trailer you can see a city with light and the fallout logo has a lightning bolt so it could be a whole different kind of game. and fable 3 is also released this year! so 2 awesome games are gonna be released this year! which one would be be better?

of course fallout 3 is more complicating it has a lot more to it. which to me is great. The more they have the better the game is to me. its only complicated at first anyway it gets easy and fun after awhile.
