The only person who did a great job with a solid balance of effects and story which is Nolan for Inception. Nolan actually said he wanted to use the least amount of special effects as possible. Ya I think that too! I think TIME gives him little scripts to make him sound like he is actually more serious than in the films he stars in. Than again...TIME surely makes people feel more and more "bored" if you will-so ya thats my opinion.
