not trying to be an annoying bitch or anything, just a tip to help you in turns (atleast it helps me) keep the rpms high so you can really come out of turns quick
@MrYzrider123 I did, I don't know what was up that day. I had the bike running before the c class gate dropped, my gate is about to drop and the bike dies. That's why my buddy is on the video right at the start. He was checking to see if everything was alright.
@ElMariachi958 It was fun but having been my first race, I was so pissed off, because when I saw how well I did so I knew I could do better. The real bummer was I did the same thing in moto 2, except the bike didn't start as quickly.
@YZSnowman1771 ya, in your first race your obviously not gonna be able to fly through pack so it eliminates the fun of getting a bad start. One of my favorite motos was at washougal for the 1st round of the pacific northwest series and I came out of the second turn in 33rd but worked my way up to 7th. Second moto I had a 13th place start but crashed and dislocated my shoulder the same way Pastrana crashed right after the S turn.
@YZSnowman1771 Oh that was in the juniors, I had to quit riding because I got hurt too much. I wasnt afraid to hang it out so I did well at tracks like Washougal but crashed way too much.
@ElMariachi958 Sorry to hear that, Washougal is a pretty easy track to ride above your skill level. I nearly went over the bars going up horsepower last time, got to where I was jumping the top of the hill and was behind a guy, got roosted, ducked my head, didn't let off the gas in time, crested the top, rear-end high, went from the left side to the right directly in front of another guy, kicking at the pegs the whole time. Somehow I landed, didn't go over the bars and didn't hit the other guy.
@insidelinekrew plus racing in the 250 beginner (even with a 125) is safer i think then the 125 beginner because the 250 class is generally an older age group and the 125s are a bunch of kids. The kids will try to do things they cant (they're beginners) and the 250 riders generally ride within their limits. When I was in the 125 beginner Ive been landed on (when I cleared the jump) and had riders not be able to hold their line and hit me in the air, just plain chaos will happen.
nice ride bro makes me wanna ride

What bike you got? yz250f? It was pretty awesome to see you get more comfortable on the track towards the end of the race.

Some of my favorite races are when I had a start like that, getting to work through the pack is fun.

what class is this?
insidelinekrew 1 year ago
@insidelinekrew 250 D or Beginner
YZSnowman1771 1 year ago
@YZSnowman1771 can i race a 125 in it?
insidelinekrew 1 year ago
@insidelinekrew Yeah, 125 2-Strokes can race in the 250 class. 250 2-Strokes can race in the 450 or open class.
