  • normally i am fan of d great ferrari.....

BUT DAMN!!!!....This vette is just speechless, cool, and at the same time beautiful....

    love it!!!!...

  • nice tripod

  • cool vette

  • That is one sweet sounding Vette

  • nice vette!!

  • Big "Small"Block! ;)

  • jizzed my pants

  • Top speed?

  • @SpongeBobExtreme I have no clue. Fastest I've had it is probably 130 mph and it was rock steady with plenty more to go

  • That car looks evil wicked mean and nasty - in the best way possible. Great job modding the body while respecting the original lines.

  • modern v8 will never dig it vs 60's and 70's real muscle power

  • @bonzo9303204406 The V8 is modern out of a '03 Vette with a short supercharger on top. 474 HP to the wheels and 20+ mpg on the highway.

  • @SuprJames i wanna say old school look better and sounds so to me ... i love that old rough shaped cars ..

  • What kind of wheels are those? They're awesome!

  • @wheelstandr CCW Classics. Thanks!

  • how much did it run you for the motor and what kind of transmission and rear end did you use?

  • @loudtrucks92 I bought this low mileage engine out of a '03 Vette back in '05, so it was quite a bit then. Add a cam, supercharger, and a few other small upgrades and it turns into an expensive piece.

  • wow nice ccw's. never seen them on a corvette before

  • BEAUTIFUL.

  • now thats a vette

  • That Vette is so bad.

  • That thing is nastier than Satan himself.

  • sex on wheels

  • Absolutely Stunning!

  • 427 Fords are pretty cool too. That was sarcasm. You can put a 427 Ford in a garbage truck and it would make better quarter time than this Gov. Motor Corp. plastic priss

  • @70goldtop What a terrible attempt at trolling.

  • @baghead727 Pissed U off!

  • The sound never gets old.... Great car!

  • sick

  • The camera man is high on vikes.....

  • :O ... sounds awesome.

  • fascinating work...but i noticed it squats like a two-dollar hooker on takeoff;

did you want it that soft in the a*?

    sharks tend to go nose up due to the aerodynamics--and then have a very disturbing tendency to lose control;

  • @dreemeagle It's not really that soft, but it's not harsh either. I've never seen a C3 that didn't squat unless it had crap tires.

  • @dreemeagle my vette could squat like a 25 cent hooker and i still would love it more than myself. she is ugly right now, but ugly is the only thing that has ever treated me right.

  • Steve Irwin disliked this video 4 times. Sorry Steve, fuck with a Stingray and you're gonna get raped.

  • Damn that sounds mean!

  • Stop the video at 1:01. What car in the world looks better than that?

  • nice wheels. what are they?

  • very nice bro. How much time did You spend to get to this point??? seems like the money was very well invested =)

  • If you're ever selling let me know!!

  • Great car !!! It's my favorite Corvette !!!

  • nice but your camera person sucks

  • Okay, are you selling this vette or just showing it off?

  • how big are the ccw's

  • what kind of cam are you using? thanks

  • Can you give me the specs on your wheels? size, width and backspacing please? Finishing up a '69 at the moment...

  • beautiful car

  • very nice but i would a put the eackler side fander

  • fricken cool!

  • Nice car, completley sold. Love it !! Where in the Us is this filmed ?

  • hi nice car man, what type of suspension you have on this car???? and what are the sizes of the rims wheels???

  • Ok i hate to be the person to ask this but how much better is the ls6 on gas compared to the original engine?

  • @monkdudejr It's actually a lot better. I've only figured it out twice on a couple road trips, but the avg. highway with some running around town and a bit of getting on it is just over 22 mpg. Not bad considering the supercharger and cam. The six speed with the .5 od helps more then the engine does I imagine.

  • Is that car lowered at all?

  • @calgrizz52 ya, it's a bit lower then a stock C3. Everything, including ride height, is adjustable.

  • @SuprJames mine is lowered to about 4 inches off the ground. I cant even go over speed bumps... sigh...

  • Was trying to decided between a 70 and a 75. I'm sold: 70.

  • @tonalityfruit I have an '82 also, but the '72 gets all the attention. Must be the chrome bumpers.

  • @SuprJames No its just like my neighbor though those people with these newer corvettes act like they own the world and that there shit don't stink because they have the fastest car ever or something and its very annoying

  • @SuprJames

82! That's my favorite year for the c3's! I love the way the poly-urethane bumpers swoop down and match the lines of the body. Chrome is nice, but I still think the 1980 - 1982 Really hit the nail. Anyway, after seeing this I'm definitely going to click on your channel and check out your '82 I wonder if it's a beast like this bad ass 72!

  • @FANADICALCOWHEAD I don't have any vids up of the '82 yet. She has a 383 and runs 12's, but it's not nearly the radical project that this one is. Perfect car, but pretty much stock appearing. I'm building a 6.2L (LS3) powered Miata right now, but when that is finished I'm going to spend some time on the '82.

  • @tonalityfruit '69 is the best, '70 the next best thing, '74 and '79 restylings are cool, but perfomance is shit. Well you can always swap them a LS6. I´ll go with a '69 427 please

  • @EduSanjuan777 1970 ZR1 = greatest of all

  • @garrittpwl ZL1 you mean? the COPO one with 550hp SAE?

  • @EduSanjuan777 no, the original factory ZR1

  • I love the rims, and the general badass look of the car, and I think the widebody is done beautifuly. 10/10

  • but someone should kill the cameraman or show him what means the word focus. Is all blurry

  • PIECE OF CRAP !!!!

  • @SuperXraydude really would definitely smoke your ass, the only thing that is a piece of shit is the camera you used to film your chevy just running, if your gonna talk shit make sure you have balls to back it up

  • Shit sounds mean, what happened to the original motor tho?

  • @NitroDog19 sold the original small block 350 for $300 and never looked back. This car originally came from the junkyard.

  • now thats a fuckin car, awesome!

  • do you have fender flares it lookes wider than most c3's

  • @JakesGlitches Yes. The rear has 4" flares to clear the 12.5" wide wheels and 335 tires. The front has 2" flares to clear the 10.25" wide wheels and 285's

  • @SuprJames nice it looks pretty sick man

  • Wow! Now that is a Corvette! Are those HRE wheels?

  • @emoneybagz23 CCW Classics

  • I knoticed the side covers over the rear and front wheels are much wider? What kind of mod did u use? Becase the regular stingrays dont seem to be that wide.

  • Now that's the mutha fucking BATMOBILE!

  • Fucking Sweet!

  • DAMN! HOLD THE FUCKING CAMERA STEADY YOU TWAT!

  • Great car. Wish you had shown the engine, but I loved the sound. Sweet look from the front view. Got that " I'm a goin right by you" look.

  • PLEASE Give Info On The Engine/Exhaust Work For This Car!!!!!!....Thanks!

  • @FREHLEYFAN76 Engine is a LS6 out of a 2003 Vette with a cam and Magnuson supercharger. Exhaust is modified (to fit LS heads) Hooker 4" sidepipes with no inserts.

  • Awesome!

  • the wheel arches look much wider and have more profile than the stock c3. This car is very low to the ground. I guess the wheel arches are custom made to clear the wider wheels and lower ride height?

  • Man that thing sounds wicked off-throttle. Great job

  • Whoa..

  • Would be cool to see this on a track someday! That profile and tires look good for a track course.

  • This is the only music we need for car videos.

  • Goosebumps, goosebumps! That is a SWEEEEEEET CAR!!!!!!

  • Curious if you retained the fuel injection system, or did you go with a Blow through carb setup on the LS6?

  • @em613 Nope, retained fuel injection.

  • @SuprJames Awesome! So, was the wiring a headache? (I am planning on doing a LS6 + 6 speed out of a caddy cts-V in the near future, and it's going into an older platform without fuel injection, so any pointers would be appreciated).

  • @em613 Wiring is always a headache if you're doing it right. I'd go through everything we did, but much of that was for aesthetics (ended up rewiring the entire car with new wiring). For most people the easiest thing to do is take the harness from the donor car and send it off to be put on a "diet" where they take all the wires out you don't need and label the ones you do. Lots of decisions you'll have to make before that though. E-mail me if you have questions. Good luck!

  • @SuprJames Appreciate it. I may send a message to your inbox in a few mins, to define what my project will be, and maybe you can point me in the right direction.

  • super sick : ]

  • hey awesum vette..im rebuilding my dads 79....this just gave me sum inspiration!! what kind of mufflers are u running with those sidepipes?

  • @r682723b MWM's......"mufflers, what mufflers?"

  • Comment removed

  • Great car, but please, FIRE THE CAMERA MAN!

  • That's an AWESOME Corvette!!! :-)

  • B_E_A_U_T_F_U_L

  • Is that a stock chassis or is a tube chassis like Philadelphia Motorsports offers?

That is the nicest C3 I have ever seen. Makes me miss mt 72.

How well did the SC clear the L-88 hood?

    Thanks.

  • @poneklr No problem with the supercharger clearing the hood believe it or not. The biggest fitment issue we had as far as supercharger clearance was the intake ducting. Had to do a sharp 90 into a sweeping 180 to pick up cold air from down low. If we'd gone with the "hot rod" Magnacharger which sits the supercharger farther back on the engine instead of the C5 kit, we would have had much more room.

  • @poneklr Oh, and stock chassis. We seam welded and gusseted parts of the frame where that was necessary, and we redid all the suspension, added rack and pinion, and did a ton of other modifications. Best riding and driving C3 I've ever been in.

  • I was trying to hear the supercharge whine but couldn't hear it...Maybe cuz of those loud ass side pipes!!!

  • Good GAD! Can I please have sex with your vette?! PLEASE?!

  • wow, I'm not a fan of vettes, but yours is awesome. nice work

  • your cameraman sucks, but the car is sweet man

  • @exzproductions Thanks, going to get another video up soon with some better editing, better driving, and using a tripod. I was kinda babying the car as it had less then 200 miles on the rebuild and it was really the first time I'd driven it hard.

  • @SuprJames Chuck Norris would drive that Vette.

  • @SuprJames Well she's a beauty man, really, amazing job! I've been wanting an early 70s model to restore/customize for a long time, it it ever happens and gets half as nice as yours I'll be happy

  • Very nice Vette!!! One thing tho....fire that damn camera man!

  • That car just looks nasty sitting still, never mind when its under power....congrats on building a killer vette, and succeeding in the fun department

  • this car is pretty damn nice....

but once i saw those classics, omfg

    i died a little <33

  • Quit pussyfooting it you woman.

  • Man that is one awesom vette, congrats.

  • @Babeeboi flip flops

  • would of been funny if ya brakes let go & toatled it,lol

  • @evelskunny only if your mom were on the side of the road and was taken out in the carnage....lolhaha...we're so funny!

  • @SuprJames hahahaha what a bitch

  • @SuprJames good work on the vette man everything looks nice and sounds great

  • easily one of thee sexiest vettes ive ever heard/seen. did you do custom molding work to the fenders? looks wide and aggressive

  • @krupa35 fenders have L88 flares that make the car about 8" wider in the rear and 4" in the front.

  • did u roll out the fenders?!

  • Are you kidding me! This is the best Vette I have ever seen!

  • thats pretty nice and it sounds old school too

  • nice wheels man.

  • Love the car! What kind of sidepipes do you got there?

Doesnt the sidepipes take away some of the power in the engine?

  • @CorvetteMichael Maybe with baffles you might see a HP drop depending on type, but no baffles in these. With a N/A engine you might see a loss of low end torque due to the large piping, but supercharged engines are not really affected as much.

  • @CorvetteMichael Oh, and they are Hookers that have been modified to fit the LS style heads.

  • @SuprJames okey, thanks for the info :) We are wondering if we are to put some "original" sidepipes from the.. 69 i believe.. of course we will modify them so we don't loose any power :P

Check out our car, '72 with an LS7 engine :D

  • Sick!! Just SICK!!!

  • Beautiful, absoluety beautiful.

Though I'm not a fan of putting LSes into older cars, at the same time, it does really work for this one. The sound is perfect.

  • fucking bad ass!!!!!

  • I wonder if you can put a ls1 or ls7 in that car

  • @JaviSR20DET "LS6" that is in there now is really a LS1 with 243 (LS6) heads and a cam. Anyway, any LS motor will fit in the car as they all have the same dimensions. The LS7, if you keep the dry sump, will require a mounting place for the tank.

  • Wow, it's amazing!!! That's how a Corvette is supposed to sound! So that's the new LS6 (I mean 5,7 not big block), right? +1 and favourited :)

  • how much would all that be minus the side exhaust that was put in?

  • I'd love to see this car in real life, but in video it looks nearly perfect. You got the wheels, flares, sit, hood all working in just the right proportions. Spectacular. And I am a self-proclaimed expert in this particular vintage Corvette - especially modified like yours. Well done. You might like my 70 Vette.

  • Makes me wish I had my 1973 Corvette again. I posted a video which has a shot of my ol' 73 on it. Hope you like it.

  • great vette. you told us the dimention of your rims. but size tires you got on and did you put different trailing arm in the back in order to but the big rim in the back.

  • @cgambino33 I have offset trailing arms, but I do not think they were necessary because of the size of the flares. The tires are Micheline Pilot Sports, 335/30/18 in rear, 285/35/18 in front. Backspacing for the wheels is 5.25 rear and 4.75 front.

  • if you looked up "Doin Work" in the dictionary a pic of this would be under it

  • WOW car looks and sounds amazing!! Trying to do a similar install in my '69 ragtop. What mounts and headers did you use? I have hooker sidepipes now, and want to keep them.

  • @SidePipeBurn I used SS Hookers, but we had to cut the primaries and mate them to the LS head flange. Expensive way to do it, but loved the results.

  • @SuprJames Ok, sounds and looks great, so I'll go that route too. What about motor mounts? There's alot of them out there now, and I'd rather take the already beaten path. Thanks again bud!

  • one of the nicer looking 69-72s I've seen

  • That car is EVIL!! Nice job!

  • Bad ass car right there. I love my Z06, but my engine in that body like yours would be so nice to have.

  • I have been a C3 lover all of my life and I am lucky enough to own one. But I have to say, yours is the most beautiful C3 in look and sound I have EVER seen! Nice work man!! Way to go!!

  • damn those are some badass rims....and wide tires i bet she sticks to the road

  • looks like a amazing ride, but for the time and effort put into this car it really must be worth 6 figures, but if u hav the time and money to build something like this, then it would save u alot of money

  • If you would (for any reason) have to sell it, how much you'd ask for it???

    Best Regards, Beautiful machine.

  • Everything is for sale, but it would have to be barely six figures for me to budge. It is such a blast to drive!

  • how much did all this cost you?

  • I absolutely love this car! I wish I could turn my 73 into such a beast! I love flares, but they are so pricey... I guess you get what you pay for!

  • dam sounds like im watching a nascar race LOL

  • beautiful I love it 5 stars

  • very nice vette, what kind of rims are those and the dimensions are they? and do you have fender flares cause they kinda look like there stickin out pretty far for the wheels

  • CCW Classics. Rear are 18x12.5" and fronts are 18x10.25". I have 4" L88 flares in the rear on each side and 2" in. L88 flares in the front.

  • @SuprJames Nice wheels!! .. whats the back space for the front/rears???

  • that is one awsome stingray and i love the sound of it

    a real v8

  • Sweet car! What kind of rims are those?

  • CCW Classics

  • hey like the video!nice job on the vett..

i have a 72 as well that my brothers are helping me rebuild. funny thing my vett looks alot like yours.i would like to see more of what went in to your car.pics info..got to love them vetts!!

  • I commented too soon on the other video. These are both killer videos. Love the drive by videos. Your car sounds killer.
