Thank you for the video, it brought a tear to this old mans eyes remembering a brother. A truly great spirited sole...R.I.P. my brother...thanks for the memories Eric...see ya then....As for the music, not to cause strife,, but if you truly knew Eric and the Medlens and listen to the lyrics and the tempo of music, it's near perfect in my opinion....
I still have the 2006 Night Under Fire from Norwalk DVD and that how I will choose to remember Eric and all of the races he was able to run. RIP Eric, see ya when the Lord calls us all home.
I got the pleasure of Working on the Syntec Funny Car in 06. Eric came over to my house for a crew party. I am currently working on a tribute to him. He was the most down to earth person you'd ever meet! Godspeed friend!
@microaggancio you clearly have no idea what the sport you think you know about actually involves. they call them pilots due to the fact that during 1 run the will endure 5+ lateral Gs of acceleration, WHILST STEERING, and up to 8 G's deceleration when they pull the parachutes and go from 320mph to 120mph in .0 of a second. Around the same Gs as fighter jets .tip for life, keep your mouth shut when you dont know what you're talking about, it will save you some inevitable future embarrassments.
Didnt really like the music but if you missed the chance to meet Eric ,dont miss a chance to watch him,a special person to say the least,we all miss him,and he will always be remembered
