in terms of skill? shawn lane, nuff said. buckethead and several other revered guitarists idolize him. buckethead is more versatile though. no guitarist is more versatile than buckethead.

1. Buckethead (Best combination, but mainly because his mellow songs are incredible)
2. Robert Fripp (King Crimson... AMAZING songwriter, he actually IS almost at B's level.
3. Hendrix (Live, he is amazing. He wrote amazing, revolutionary songs. He can speak through his guitar, like Buckethead)
4, Page (This is pure opinion, but he did some new, cool tricks, great live)
