It's a nostalgia. During those days, I am a fan of all mandarin drama serials. Although I don't understand the languange, the subtitles really helps. I'm a malay and now I encourage my children to watch Channel 8. Hopefully Channel can replay back all those dramas during those days like samsui women, winning team, painted faces, my fair ladies and all the dramas during those times.

I recall this was repeated in 96 June at 3pm. I was attending enrichment workshop at the British Council and during the break, I went to the canteen and order western food while watching the TV. This was the last 80s show to be repeated in the afternoon time slot.

I recently saw someone who looked like her in centrepoint. Don't know if she is muscular or plump now but she looks big. Heard she does swimming so maybe she massed up
No lah...she was on tv for the Star Awards Celebrating 25 years of Drama...she looked like she hadn't aged one bit and still look svelte and gorgeous.
I never saw the awards show but recently on one advertisement which I can't remember what it's about she played a teacher who give out the exam papers

I LOVE this show! It's my all time Favourite. Ye Su Mei was simply brilliant in this. One of the most under-rated actress during her time.
