this is the real kilt, those sewn kilts were invented way after these were worn. This is as real as it gets.

yeah, the modern kilt was made out of necessity, people not wanting to waste time folding and laying it out. More of a suit version of the kilt haha

@ricky0604fh The "modern kilt" is generally accepted to have been developed by blacksmiths, who didn't want to combust at work, in their plaids.
