  • DAMN that's a strong motherfucker.

  • If anyone didn't notice, he clean and jered 315 1bs and than shoulder pressed it about 15 times. That is amazing

  • @airman310 Wrong on the second sentence.

  • @airman310 35 lbs over 1 summer isnt impassible if you have the time, Food and supplements.

  • @shotputi Yes well too bad 90% of college kids DONT have the time and food. They have the supplements but they are useless without the food. In order to get that big that quick naturally you would need to spend almost all of your time in the gym and you would need to take in atleast 6000 calories of GOOD whole food daily. The only ppl who rly have time to do that are bodybuilders. You wouldnt have time for school, footbal or a job.

  • @TheExploit91 your actually right. In truth im an active NCAA Track and frield athletes and most of my Team Mates (Throwers) have issuses with diets. No Matter how hard you work out it means almost nothing without the right food

  • @shotputi Yes my friends i go to the gym with are so uneducated when it comes to eating food to getting a good body. They all think that just going to the gym and using steroids and taking whey protein will get them huge. Sure you will gain muscle and get strong but those roids are useless if you are not dieting correctly or eating alot of good foods daily.

  • @TheExploit91 That is because alot of guys who use roids and get ripped with size had lean genetics beforehand. Steroids can only magnify what you already have. IE if you are built like a rock roids will just make you a bolder. If you are skinny and defined roids will make u larger and defined

  • FOOTBALL=LIFE

  • 3 more weeks to college football season......2 more weeks to NFL preseason.......HURRY THE FUCK UP!!!!!!

  • where can i see the planking scene?

  • 35 lbs in one summer easy? Yeah right Mr. Caan.

  • @jvfball1 common man, you just gotta hit the gym hard.

  • @justtony21 ya i love that drill

  • IT's not hard to gain 35 lbs, over summer, if you hit the gym that hard.

  • Look at this video you faggot soccer fans, this is how real men practice.

  • @lurchipoo you mean how everyone stands around while a few guys workout. yeah real manly there.

  • @grahamgrider oh no, theyre just waiting they're turn to kick some ass...Soccer players practice taking their dives, big difference you fag.

  • @lurchipoo oh so they cant be in a sport were they kick ass the entire time. its not very manly to stand in line for half of a practice...most people would call that lazy. apparently standing around and then practicing for ten seconds at a time is manly or something i guess. not to me.

  • @grahamgrider your obviously not looking at this vid...look at how they're hitting! You think you can withstand that kind of punishment, and plus they're doing drills that simulate game situations such as the goal line drill. Not everyone can play american football and be good at it, soccer is the easiest shit in the world. Requires no memorization of plays, no superior all around physical strength, and no manhood at all. You can keep soccer..

  • @lurchipoo i dont play soccer you moron. i'm just saying that football isnt tough and manly. I played collegiate football, D-II level mind you, but still. football is a game of skill not of toughness. getting hit like that doesnt even hurt. it is the little shots you take in the thighs ans stuff that hurt. and it is just a very lazy and laid back sport except for ten second bursts. i also wrestled in college and that is serious business, not like football at all.

  • @grahamgrider Yeah and I played Division 2 for Appalachian St. bla bla yadda yadda...Somehow everyone is a work out warrior on youtube! And no, big hits equals big pain. And save the bullshit that its lazy, you obviously never played football. I dont buy your lie at all that you played DII, so shut it with that noise. If you did play football you would know that it takes excelling at other sports to be good at football, track for speed, wrestling for grappling, basketball for agility etc...

  • @lurchipoo . anyway i did play D-II football and it doesnt take excelling at any other sport to be good. it takes practice at football to be good. and yes it is a lazy sport. you do have to work out hard in the weight room but other than that at practice more than 50% of the time is standing around. and pad to pad hits do no hurt. if you get hit in the gut or something then it kills but shoulder pad to helmet or something isnt painful. and you dont need grappling at all you moron.

  • @grahamgrider Did I specifically say grappling? your really stupid! I was making the point that you use multiple sports for different positions. Lineman use wrestling for grappling you dipshit, if you dont have hands then the opposing lineman will flatten your ass like the International House of Pancakes. Track for receivers and defensive backs, baseball for quarterbacks etc.... And if you did play football, it was in high school with a shitty program, good schools practice hardcore.

  • @lurchipoo wow you are a moron. Being a lineman has nothing at all to do with grappling...nothing at all. and i played Division II football as I said. but w/e you obviously didnt play football but like sucking the players cocks or something. and you dont have to be good at other sports at all to be good at football. take the football players dick out of your ass and learn something.

  • @grahamgrider Wow...petty name calling like a little kid, lets me know what kind of a dork you are. Lets me even further know you didn't play DII football. Real football players dont get on youtube and bitch like that, just saying. I only played up to high school, but it was in TEXAS where football is king. And yeah, lineman use wrestling, and sometimes track to help with their footwork. I didn't say you HAD to be good at other sports, it helps. quit being a fag, your losing this argument.

  • @lurchipoo wow ...completely ignorant. maybe you didnt see how you called me stupid first. but i guess thats what ignorant people do. they call names and then cant take it in return. and no lineman dont use wrestling. i was a lineman and a wrestler and there was no cross over at all. none at all. pushing on the line is nothing like setting up an opponent to take him down. and you a person in an argument cant decide who is winning and losing. that is pure ignorance. go to school or something kid

  • @grahamgrider OH so I'm the ignorant one and you were the first one to bash??? go fuck yourself... I'm proving a point, you got pissed off and started bitching. Look in the mirror first fag! And of course there is a crossover, you dont know that because you dont play football. Lineman also need great foot work, can't block shit if you can't keep up with a pass rusher! And thanks, I do go to school studying Metallurgical Engineering in UTEP, you can kindly shut the fuck up now! :)

  • @lurchipoo wow you are an IDIOT...look at the fucking comments you fuck. you called me stupid before i called you anything dear God you are stupid. yeah if i dont play football then you dont go to school. and you proved no point. you said some stupid shit and then said that you proved it. the only problem was that you provided no proof. and you are right, i dont play football, i played football and wrestled at the University of Indianapolis but w/e dude you are obviously a troll

  • @grahamgrider I'm the troll when you were the first one to start commenting me?? If you didn't want your Vagina to get hurt then you shouldn't have wrote to me in the first place, right? And if you call that bashing over what i said than you need to man the fuck up! More and more I'm convinced that you didn't play football, keep it up numbnuts ;)

  • @lurchipoo well the fact that you are convinced of something that you couldnt possibly know shows how ignorant you are. i dont need your approval for me to know the truth. good luck living a worthless and ignorant life fuck head.

  • @grahamgrider ahhh.....cry me a river a fag!!! LOL XD

  • shoulder pressing 315? loll

  • They don't mess around with practice at ESU...

  • ПИздатый фильм! Сморел как то давно по ТВ-6. И ещё скачаю его!

  • 315 lb of fake... he doesnt even use his legs to help thats just for the movie, just like the russian in rocky 4...

  • @APRXXX you hear him grunting through the whole conversation repping them out..lol GTFOH

  • Try latin women **busizz4me.info**

  • kind of ironic that brian cushing is a youtube suggestion to this...

  • Fucking love this movie! This video always gets my heart pumping!

  • I wonder if Andrew Bryniarski (actor who played Latimer) was really push pressing 315 in that scene? I'm certainly sure he could have for at least a few reps. The dude is huge --- still is at 41.

  • @TargetRender Target, Andrew was not really pressing the weight. The people who insure the actors wouldnt let him lift that kind of weight during filming because he might injure himself. I'm sure in his own gym, on his own time he could lift some impressive weight.

  • AThere wearing blackshirts like the huskers!

  • It's impossible to gain 35 pounds of lean muscle over 2months without taking some seriously powerful steroids!

  • I just want everyone to know something: I could not lift that much weight.

  • The NFL season cannot get here fast enough!

  • Boston College or FSU?

  • 35 pounds is A LOT, not impossible though, I had an injury and wasn't able to train for 7 months, I lost almost 25 pounds of muscle, now I trained about 15-20 pounds back on in 4 months or so...

  • i gained 40 pounds in 5 months

  • @travismpsu12

    yeah of fat....

  • @lurchipoo

    ya, 11 % of it

  • Taking steroids, coupled with stacking different supplements, eating alot, will get you about 1 to 2 pounds of pure fat-less ripped muscle. The coach says its not hard to gain 35 lbs of muscle in one summer?? Thats about 3 months time between say the beginning of June until the end of August before the season starts. Lattimer would have to have been taking atleast triple the amount of roids that a bodybuilder takes.

So in short, its fucking impossible to get that big in one summer.

  • @lurchipoo If you can only gain 1-2 pounds of muscle in three months WITH steroids, you are retarded.. It's almost impossible to gain that LITTLE, even without steroids. Unless of course you have been working out your whole life. Then you would be really close to your genetic limit, and would gain really slow

  • @MadsBille

1-2 pounds of pure muscle per 3-4 weeks, forgot to put that.....

  • 35 pounds of muscle over the summer isn't hard lol it hard to gain that must muscle naturally in 6 months.

  • his body is trying to keep up with the amount of roids he took...when they shoot roids in animals then decapetate them they still move around for a few seconds befor they die

  • It was supposed to be Florida State but they couldn't get the licensing from the NCAA. So they named it Eastern State University (fictional). The home games were filmed at the University of South Carolina.

BTW those aren't Hollywood plates that Andrew Binyarski is lifting. That's a real 300+ pound lift there.

  • He has pencil legs... Squat till you puke.

  • He dont have little legs.

  • 35 lbs in one summer? Ha ha. That's not hard at all right?

  • dont worry. i've seen the program.

  • It's supposed to be Florida State.

  • Where is the school supposed to be? what city?

  • Comment removed

  • eastern state university, its fictional

  • its a made up school

  • fuckin' Lattimer did a standing shoulder press of 315 pounds!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to do just 100 pounds of that shit?! fuckenay....

  • B_E_A_S_T

  • I could barely do that shit with 100 pounds too

  • lol,

    aight man,

first off...they said 30 pounds of RIPPED MUSCLE over THE SUMMER. the summer is considered just about 2 months....

so think about that...you've been working out for about 4 months....and ontop of that.. you most likely are a fatass lineman...

its physically impossible to have all ripped muscle in that time span with only 3% bodyfat.

even with protein and creatine and all that good stuff....

  • but fuck you to linemen aren't always fat and i would put you on your ass

  • yeah thats bullshit and you proble suck

  • grande fisico ma si vede da un km quanto è anabolizzato

  • most natural bodybuiders will tell you if they gain 10-20lbs of muscle a year they are doing good.

  • @zume2600 Bodybuilder gains and football player gains are different though. You don't need to show your football mass in contest shape. Any mass is generally good as long as you can still run and hit.

  • @Gamebox27 Football mass in contest shape?? What are you talking about?

  • @zume2600 It means you can put on a lot of muscle mass, but it can be mixed with other forms of mass like water and fat. Bodybuilders usually have to add all muscle because that's all that shows when they diet down. Bodybuilders also lose muscle in their diet down stage, but need to cut down for definition over sheer mass. In short, you can't really compare football player weight gain to bodybuilder weight gain. Two different goals in mind when bulking up.

  • @Gamebox27 I understand that. Look at Andrew's physique in this film. He is in the best shape of his life and ripped. i am going to assume his character (Lattimer) is believed to put on 35 lbs of solid muscle. If you look at Andrew's character (Madman Kelly) in Any Given Sunday, he is actually bigger than he was here in The Program, but he has a higher bodyfat percentage so he doesn't look as big.

  • haha! so funny. not! u moron.

  • lmao, I think it's funny that they are playing dirty in practice. Just like real life hahahahaha

  • I love when he twitches after his shoulder press set!

  • You can gain 35 lbs in summer you just have to do a tremendous amount of squats power cleans deadlifts and bench also military press. Call me in Three months guys.

  • You can gain 35lbs very easily, But it's IMPOSSIBLE to gain 35lbs of Solid Muscle in 3 months. Doesn't matter if your Injecting 2000Mg of Test weekly and eating 10K Calories a Day, 35 Lbs of muscle cannot be attained in 3 months.

  • WERE NOT Dr.s guys

  • well possible yes likely no. I three monts there is typically 12 weeks correct? that sits around 3 pounds a week which would come to an extra 1,500 calories a day weight wise. Now not all of these gains will be muscle but with the help of anabolics it is possible if you increase your calories past the needed by 3000

  • a person on steroids gains 3 pounds of muscle week dude. A guy thats natural gains about 0.5 to 1 pound of muscle a week. Trust me I know, alot of my friends are hawked up on that shit.

  • i agree....best drill ever. piss on bull in the ring.

  • best damn drill in practice!!!

  • oh, the beloved Oklahoma Drill. damn i miss it!!!

  • @justtony21 it always feels good to take out your rivals or those who you really hate in an Oklahoma

  • i'd say it's super hard to put on 35 pounds in a summer, considering i lifted all sumemr and out on 10 lbs :p

  • ya like 1000mg of dbol, 1000 gm of testosterone, and a liter of monkey brain stem fluid pumped directly into your ass via a IV bag 24/7... and ya its 35lbs not hard at all. lol

  • its not my fault u dont have good genes....

  • High school jr to soph, ok... i'll give you 32 lbs.

But college? no way... no way clean. Not straight ripped anyway. Not even NATURAL World class body builders cant put on that much muscle and they work year round.

if you can gain that much, you can tell me to fuck off... on the stage of mr olympia when you take first place. lol

  • i dont kno man i eat like a shit load....if i drink tons of water i like dont eva get sore man i can keep it rollin...

  • you can if drink protine calorie shakes and work out eat alot of starches

  • gain 35lbs of lean muscle over summer natural? NO you can't, those are really good gains ON cycle for a newbie.

  • haha its not that hard to gain 35 pounds in one summer IF you hit the gym real hard

  • true, just ask coach

  • 24 Times he pushes it.. bangin
