lye down Raymond my dear brother and know what you now know.
As for me I'll continue to await eagerly this tuth that we all imagined, and as Ron Sexsmith here, clearly has the ability to touch eternity as the rest of us wait. I love you and I'll seen you in Paradise. and as for Ron Sexsmith, thank you.
Ron is just so talented. Hard to belive that he is so broke that he can't even afford a mobile phone. So unfair that gifted artists like him don't reap any reward for their talent. As Ron said himself critical acclaim don't pay the bills. Hope he finds those hills soon. Check out the doc on him made by bbc "Love Shines"......so sad.
I an 49 and NEVER thought i would EVER feel so passionate about an artiste again. This man is truly a talent of his time. Im touched by him and his art in a way that will never leave me . All in a week! G E N I U S . Brian
My dad recently passed away and this song reminds me very much of him. My dad always tried to get me to think positive about life, even under the most adverse circumstances. It's a beautiful song and keeps my dad close to my heart.
great visuals to a superb Ron Sexsmith song:) i am sure he would think so too... One of the very few writers, singers that can touch me so much..He is a musical blessing:)
hey bobzy, there's not a day goes by where i don't scare the crap outta myself, we all need fear, it's only from fighting through the fear that we learn and grow, the unknown is our teacher so let's embrace it (keep the lights on if you get too scared though) love ya bobblypops x
nooooooo, it's not me singing it's ron sexsmith! jeeez, i tried to make it as clear as poss..anyway, i made this after i watched your last vid and thought i'd do a visionary (it must be such fun picking your fave tunes and playing around with images).. so i just made the video NOT the song, now take that compliment back and give me an insult, i don't want it anymore ;)
Thank you YC for sharing this vid with me. You are a true musician who sings about hope, love, tragedy and the songs are not about yourself. You are an amazing and beutiful person/musician. Great song, great vid and five stars for you my friend. (shared)
cheers man, it's always nice to know when people connect with a song, i've always liked music that gets right down to the bone and into the muscle, hope without action is so futile nowadays, peace bro
Hey YC, what a beautiful song and very moving visuals. I use to have that poem by Emily Dickinson on my channel..."Hope...sings the tune without the words and never stops at all." How true, as long as we have "hope" we can manage to get through another day...just believing, gets us through... thank you.
hi quetz, i always liked that quote, i got to know her through Woody Allen, one of his books was called 'Without Feathers' which he said wasn a reference to Dickinson, i love this tune
