I recently have downloaded a game from a website and after unraring it, I noticed that in the master folder there is just 2 folders (CD1 and CD2) and a MD5 file... When I tried opening it via Daemon Tools, it didnt work!
I know it may not be related to what you show up here, but can you help me? Much appreciated!!
Thanks dude. Increase your volume. I have you maxed out. People can always decrease the volume but can't increase. thanks again for the informative video!!
The very first thing you say is "fire up acetone iso". Well, I don't have that - it's not in the Repos, so can't check the md5 checksum with your video.
Hi. Thanks for your reply. I wasn't meaning to be critical, just trying to get the job done. I read your sidebar, but I didn't want to try to attempt to install a program that's not in the Repos (at least of the version of Ubuntu I'm using), so here's what I did instead (Googled until I found this info):
Is not impossible but I dont see how at this point. Unless a super user has installed on your computer. The only porgram that I think can be affected by it is possible wine since it uses windows API.

1. Open a terminal window and navigate to the folder where the iso file is.
2. Type this: md5sum [name of file]
3. Hit enter.
The md5sum comes up in a minute. Then I copied the result and the original md5sum I had into a text program, one above the other and compared them.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Kath.
