if i use this device for a heli would it work under shaded trees? or terrain that is hilly with rocks?i have acrage with a lot of trees adn going to get a heli trainer .30 with onboard camera from hobbywireless and headtracking along with it.
FMA CP doesn't adjust altitude, only TILT in flight. You will hit your trees at a perfect right angle.... What your looking for is ground radar! Wings love to angle in, this shows the Co-Pilot keeping the bird level to earth.

Just helps you to keep it level, so you go straight in to the tree ;P
