Well the copyright stuff doesn't seem to become infringined if I'm doing a cover of it or anyone is doing a cover (idk if that made sense) but if your gonna use the sing just say in the descrition "paint it black by the rolling stones" and you pretty much have a 50/50 chance of having the audio removed. And they won't delte your account just take the video off and try again after 3 times if it keeps breaking some rule just give up
