The problem goes much deeper than just Bryce Lawrence. Virtually all the refs these days at all levels are dishonest, bias, incompetent & corrupt. Im a ref myself and I know how inconsistent the selections are here in my union at EP rugby- they select refs based on family ties, politics, favouritism and ability to suck up. Refs get instructed and bribed on which teams and players to favour. The game must be cleaned up at the smaller unions first then integrity will filter thru 2 the bigger games
