What I find inconsistent with DigitalSoul is he has a 7 plus minute video about panic attacks, yet he didn't do his homework on suicide relating to panic attacks. People with panic attacks/panic disorder are more prone to make attempts at suicide than most people who don't experience them. I've had to do some homework myself because I've had some pretty unhealthy thoughts as of recent when having panic attacks.

Okay, perfectly fine people DO commit suicide. A person can be living a perfect life and all of a sudden their world comes crashing down on them. Friends turn, things take a turn for the worst...and they complete suicide. Yes it can be a disease, and Yes also it can be just something that develops because of real world problems. Don't assume that everyone that has completed suicide had mental health problems, because 50% of the time that is not the case. Research it a little bit more please.

Okay, I'm half way through the video, and people who are physically and mentally sound, do commit suicide. That doesn't mean to say if someone commits suicide that they have an illness, depression isn't a disease, as it's the bodys(mind/brain) way of coping with certain circumstances.

Ive been quite suicidle lately so i can relate to what you're saying, i know there are people there to help me but there are times when i just dont want help i feel that my probs will never go away i use to talk to people but it just make me feel like a burden and talkin doesnt make problems go away at times i just wna shut off from everyone and just go ahead and do it :( you get to the point where you dont talk as dont want to be helped and just want to die :(

I believe there is only attempted suicide and completed suicide.. You commit a crime not suicide.. A lot of suicide prevention programs will say completed also.. But thank you and best of luck! ~*Kara Lael*~

Awesome response. DS's video gave me the shits! He cares, but has NO CLUE about depression. Suicide is not a cowardly thing to do - it's the disease of severe depression claiming your life. All we can do is try our best to get people help and point them in the right direction. DS's video just shames these people. I just wish your video had as many views as his - yours is correct, his is uneducated. Thanks for sharing your experiences. x

Hey that's alright! Keep doing what you're doing - and hopefully more people will understand that it's an illness, and not something that people have a choice about. It can happen to anyone - even to people who to outsiders can look like their life is going along great. Unfortunately there's so many people (DS for one) who don't comprehend it. You should check out Mom2AJ's response as well - she gives a great insight as to how the sufferer feels.

My cousin committed suicide and she turned to me. The night she hung herself was the night i blamed her death on me cuz i didnt do anything about it. I agree with Kara. When you feel that low you dont turn to anyone cuz you think there is no hope on you anymore.
