Struggling with DFU MODE? Goty the black screen on your phone but itunes and your jailbreak dont recognise dfu mode? Install itunes, Put your phone in dfu mode, ( power 3 secs, power and home 10 secs, home 15 secs) then click on device manager in windows, see a unrecognised usb device, click auto install drivers and a apple driver will install, problem solved.
Like if this worked for you as it took me hours to figure it out :)
I know the solution to most of you peoples problems, youre just pressing the home buttion too hard, so it doesnt register well, do the same steps, but press the home button gently :)
what does it mean "itunes has detected ipod in recovery mode . you have must restore ipod before it can be used for itunes" because thats what it says on my itunes and my ipod touch is in recovery mode but it shows all black screen? what should i do.

Umm still can't get my 3G not 3GS 3G into dfu mode. It goes black but greenpoisoin won't recognize it
