sorry to tell you buddy, but the Tundra is the most powerful truck in this class with 381HP. and ford hasn't reveiled their numbers on their 2009 engine yet, but i doubt it will be over 380. once the Boss engine is available in the ford half ton, ford has by far the most powerful half ton, but this can take a couple years to happen. this new dodge is a sweet looking truck, can't wait to get one with the diesel in 2010.

I had an 04 Ram and loved it...I thought the interior of that truck was functional and comfortable. Nice and dark to hide the dirt. Hated what they did to to interiors in 07. Who wants light carpet in a truck. Driving a chev now and might have to switch back to Dodge once this lease is up.

Hmm, I've got a '99 Quad Cab [Ram] Sport with under 48K miles on it now, and after seeing these new pics and vids of the new '09 Rams, I think I'll be upgrading to one of these within the next couple of years. Don't know what trim level I'll be getting though.
This truck really does top the competition. Dodge is easily the most reliable truck out there. Yes I agree with tiggle mane....Ford, they can stick with catching on fire and their super duty transmissions are only tack-welded, transmissions can blow in less than a week. Ford and Chevy trannys are equally is not worse than Dodge tranny. Atleast Dodge Ram is apart of the MILLION MILE club!

Are you serious? Rams suck, look at the ones that are out now. The Hemi isnt doing anything for them. They have all that power but cant put it down to the wheels. I dont know how this one will do, but if it performs like the current model it will also be a piece of junk.
What a nice truck. The whole truck has been upgraded. Toyota will never compete. Finally have an interior that is nice instead of dated. Plus the box on the side and the one in the floor. Looks more modern and more durable.

I agree with charlie. The two-tone paint does not suit this truck. For some reason it reminds me of the old chevy s-10. The tool box is a great idea though.
Guys the 2002 to 05 had the sharpest body stle. This will be the perfdect truck . Yes 02-05 models had many flaws trust me i have the 02.But i love my ram pickup better than a ford or chevy.
This truck crushes both ford and chevy with an optional built in bedliner and side storage compartments with a new 380 hp hemi that gets even better gasmilage this truck is sweet.
this truck and the new Ford F150 will blow the new Chevy right out of the water.the interior now has a floor-shifter that GM (pathetic as they are) failed to put in their trucks,as well as a standard 6-speed auto.
Things I do and do not like about this truck. Over all I think it looks good and will sell though. I like how they semi went back to the earlier headlight look (such as my '05 has), tail gate and hood. Think I could do without though is the two tone paint/trim and the ram box seems a bit awkward. Should've put it some place else if possible.

I just say that this new design it´s better than the Ford even when i´m waiting in Mexico to for the new Heavy Duty with the twin turbo engine.
I like both but Dodge are better.

This truck really does top the competition. Dodge is easily the most reliable truck out there. Yes I agree with tiggle mane....Ford, they can stick with catching on fire and their super duty transmissions are only tack-welded, transmissions can blow in less than a week. Ford and Chevy trannys are equally is not worse than Dodge tranny. Atleast Dodge Ram is apart of the MILLION MILE club!

Are you serious? Rams suck, look at the ones that are out now. The Hemi isnt doing anything for them. They have all that power but cant put it down to the wheels. I dont know how this one will do, but if it performs like the current model it will also be a piece of junk.

What a nice truck. The whole truck has been upgraded. Toyota will never compete. Finally have an interior that is nice instead of dated. Plus the box on the side and the one in the floor. Looks more modern and more durable.

Love this truck have a 2006 can't wait to order 2009.The Ford is nice too they do a great job with the interior. Would not be caught dead in a crappy toyota.

I agree with charlie. The two-tone paint does not suit this truck. For some reason it reminds me of the old chevy s-10. The tool box is a great idea though.

Guys the 2002 to 05 had the sharpest body stle. This will be the perfdect truck . Yes 02-05 models had many flaws trust me i have the 02.But i love my ram pickup better than a ford or chevy.

Things I do and do not like about this truck. Over all I think it looks good and will sell though. I like how they semi went back to the earlier headlight look (such as my '05 has), tail gate and hood. Think I could do without though is the two tone paint/trim and the ram box seems a bit awkward. Should've put it some place else if possible.
