you can only do this if you have a double locking system

dump the bar and do a pull of from 5p0 or any other point(the harmonics are best on 5,7,9,10, ect.)

once you do that, hit the harmonic while you are bringing the bar back up

make sure to lightly hold the strings that way you don't hear the other strings while you do this
