Saverio, I really like your work. What software do you use to actually graph your data. I have run the program dcavity.par from ftp://ftp.lrz-muenchen.de/pub/science/fluiddynamics/cfd/NaSt2D/PRG_english/ The file visual.c contains a function OUTPUTVEC which created a binary file as output. But I've no idea how to graph this into something visually meaningful. Also are there any free graphing packages for time-dependent data? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Shane
@ofeyofey Hi. The software program is MATLAB, which is a stellar piece of software. Student versions run for about $100, so if you are not a student, make friends with a student (professional versions are much more expensive). I'm afraid I am not really familiar with the free graphing packages out there, but I am sure they exist. This software is incredible and free, but a real pain in the ass to set up: wci.llnl.gov /codes /visit/
