eggs are parve (neutral) , that is not dairy not meat. you can use eggs in the broth.

lol... sure your brain is fine, by the way when she talks about kosher eggs it is that we break them one by one and make sure there is no red spots or blood but there normal eggs. some religious people will aso remove the white membrane part...they say it is the foetus and would of been life.

yes you can taste wise it will not make much of a change. it's the broth that gives the flavor but that sucks out so much. try to boil them in water and before they are almost done transfer to the soup pot.
