You are still able to purchase the mixing medium without being a pro member. The pro membership is just for professionals to get a discount off it. I forgot what number you need to call in order to purchase pro products. If I come across it I'll let you know:)
Well if you curl you lashes it makes your eye bigger & apply mascara. You could also apply white eyeliner on the bottom waterline which also makes your eyes bigger and not tired looking...
