It's unfortunate that the video does not include the entire meeting, complete with a dog and pony show that will mean nothing if the incorporation question is passed by voters. The elected officials will hold their budget meetings and then determine what the millage and taxes will be for the city. Should the voters of the Greater Poinciana Area vote for this boondoggle, they will be in essence, sign a blank check for the politicians to cash.

I agreed with the woman who suggested during the Q&A session that residents of Poinciana (even renters) should file a class-action suit against the APV for spending nearly $100,000 for a study that should have been used to help the community during the crisis over the last two years.
Come to think of it, the APV could have used that money to attract a GREEN MANUFACTURING PLANT FOR POINCIANA.
