1. The Zune HD certainly is beautiful. You can see my hardware review for more details.

1. The Zune HD battery life is about 5 times as long as the iPod Touch. I haven't charged mine in 3 days and I'm at about half battery life.

3. Zune Pass is FAAAR better than iTunes for songs on the go. If you haven't used a subscription music service before you'll love it!

1: The Zune HD has the same functions as an Ipod touch

2:The only pros I see is that its a bit thinner compared to an Ipod touch

3:The Zune Pass is just a different way to administrate your money but I wouldn't say its better... Only a fanboy would say that : / But its like different Cellphone payment options. So choose the one that is more convenient. I must warn you that the Zune store is not available in many countries.

Ok, 1. Ipod Touch has SDK 2. Zune Pass lol - your renting the music 3. iPod touch has a better web browser + you can download 3rd party web browsers in the App store 4. The iPod touch is Mac and PC friendly. 5. The Zune store doesnt have shit on it. The Zune HD is in the process of opening up to a full-fledged app-store, and I can't wait for that to happen.

The Zune HD web browser is fine with me - fast, too. I'm only using this on my Windows Machine, so this is definitely the best machine for me.

OLED screen = HUGE battery life (4 days and counting).

And yes, the HD in Zune HD is for the HD radio and 720p video output.

The dock is only $49... I don't know where you're seeing a $200 dock (???)

You are able to share 10 of those songs per month with other devices, burn to CD's, etc.

Actually...$1.29 per song + tax. When you buy a Zune prepaid card at the time of purchase there is no tax added, and usually a 1600 point card is like $19 at the store vs an even $20 for an iTunes card...and of course you don't pay tax with MS Points.
