You have to find a guy that starts off with two skills then promote him. Like Leroy Petriboni (however you spell it) you can find him at Jersey sports bar in florida get him to join your crew

no there some guys that start with 2 perks instead of one and you can promote the m slowly.Also if you have a DCL

you get the only guy that can have all perks.

The best way to do things before you go after the Compunds is to get rid Of The Capos and under boss if the persons family tree has ones and the soldiers it makes things alot easyier on taking over the rackets. Than go for the Compound that way while you are attacking the compound you have nobody to worry about taking youre businneses from you.

You could mark one of your men for death and kill him so a spot opens up in the family, where you could then hire a safecracker, if you need the walkthrough for how to mark the man for death message me to ask

i found oot how to get into the compunds you have to take over all the bissnuses like take out all the granadoas bussnuses then it will say you have unlock the compound
