The hi hat goes at ~8nps if I counted the beats correctly. The speed is around Aesthetics of Hate to Blinded By Fear (not as fast as BBF). The double kicks would then be at about 16nps. That looks pretty damn hard to me. The hands at 1:01 don't seem that bad, I'm sure it is more difficult than it looks.
