  • see kids this is how to hop a fence when the cops are chasing you!

  • They are training them to escape the police. Awesome!

  • Where was this encouragement at my school when I was young?

  • this video = practice for jumping the boarder

  • and thats how they learned to run from cops :3

  • I wanna do this shit

  • i can picture like a group of friends late for school XD

  • Waht????? 240p? thats it? This video makes it feel like i need glasses!

  • think its hilarious that the police are advocating a practice that just makes it easier for criminals to run from the law lol

  • WTF

  • By the way it's cool that in this video there is encouragement going on.

  • I don't see how Parkour, or most sports, would be antisocial. Wouldn't someone better connect with people of similar interests? What is it with taking things away from kids that make them stronger- physically, socially and intellectually? I don't know much about Parkour but it looks fun.

  • erm so by being able to get away from police they think this is a good idea

  • to think when i got into parkour i t was stuff we did for fun now its this international sport that the police encorage damn i only started 3 years ago when iwas ten hahaha

  • wish this kinda thing happened in my town :P itd help em out alot when it comes to parkour

  • why were the black people so good at climbing oh yea becuz there monkeys

  • @dadadan6 So you're saying that people of Black descent are monkeys, yet people of all races come from the same primate that we know today as the monkey? Get your facts before you spew racial slurs you racist fool.

  • Oh FUCK THE UK IS TRAINING AN ARMY OF NINJAS!!!

  • yea why not teach the kids parkour maybe now they have a chance of escaping the cops when they are being chased

  • 0:51 is that kid from.........shake it up?

  • Lol the music is made with a loop from apple iLife loops...

  • Teaching kids to get away from the cops

  • i wish there was a parkour school where i live, i probably would have stuck with it. And it looks fun as hell.

  • there basicly teaching them how to run away from cops.

  • @hpbadboy cuz thats whats up!

  • song name??

  • They're training assassins! =D

  • @hd2590

The whole reason I am mastering parkour.. ASSASSIN STYLE >:D

  • @hd2590 lol i was watching assassins creed parkour and got to this :D

  • i wish alot more people knew what parkour actually is, i asked my friend if they heard of parkour and they said: yeah, its where you back flip off stuff! and i just stared at him and was saying why the hell would you think parkour is "back flipping of crap" so i started my own parkour school :D

  • wow thats cool. I wonder if there is a school in nsw central coast that teaches kids im good at parkour and its fun as hell but i would love to go to a glass.

  • Teach the children to run away from you, as police officer! :D

  • is this the training for young assassins?

  • @ACPlayer619909 MINI EZIO'S XD

  • is that jeb

  • i love parkour :D

  • SONG USED IN THE VID PLZ

  • Amazing!

There's a massive new parkour court at Westminser Sports Academy next to the beach volleyball court.

  • there learnin this so they can get away from the police easier lol

  • this is very bad, bcoz they aren't yet fully "developed"... their muscles and bones still need to grow, and one simple mistake could leave consequences that may last for a life time... the best time to start training parkour is between the ages of 14 and 16

  • askdasdadasdasss

  • askdasdadasdas

  • I wish I had a park like this when I was a kid D:

  • I thought someone was gonna jump westminister lol.

  • what song is this?

  • its gonna be hard to catch them if they turn in to criminals when there older....

  • @tacotues100 thats what i was about to say!

  • its like a terrorist training camp!

  • @the1unknown9 LOL

  • that was a parkourist's heaven with all those obstacles

  • Badasss!

  • The City of Westminster isn't a good place for young people to live. Actually, it's not a good place for anyone to live or work.

  • Comment removed

  • this is TOTAL beginner training, alot of these kids probably aint done any exercise since xbox360/ps3 come out xD

  • @RyanWWheaton Ummm... a tip: Theyre just kids.

  • @KhazeII kids grow up and some kids grow up to be criminals

  • I'm 12 and I've been doing Parkour for 6 months now. I first learned about Parkour when the Parkour-based videogame Mirror's Edge came out. It took me a while but after a while googling I found out exactly what the game was all about, Parkour, the Art Of Movement. I was so interested that I formed a group (UnlimitedPK) and we have Twitter, Facebook, Bebo and a website. Additionally, we have something we can believe in and do just about everyday. It's Excercise, it's fun, It's Parkour.

  • half the fun of parkour is the risk tho =)... u can only hold kids back so long before they use what they learned in the streets

  • They give this childs something to believe in , parkour is more than a discipline , it's a way of life ... a good one :)

Don't care what everybody says , just don't give up :D

  • regular sports area too competitive. it's never about the sport, just being better than the competition. parkour is all about being able to move in any environment.

  • yeesss kids!

  • dats my boii in da background tune lb yuupp!! easy

  • This looks awesome, very innovative idea, and great that the law is getting behind parkour being a positive outlet for kids

  • What is the song playing in the background?

Btw, this parkour movement seems really interesting ^^

  • look at the credits

  • OTL thats right ; A ;

thanks i should take note of these things

  • just a thought if kids know parkour the art of escap and they become anti social dosent that mean they r going to be harder to catch if they coul jump gaps and clear objects easyer thatn the cops ???

  • it would make mirror's edge a reality

  • parkour has been round for years

  • no normal child would think that kind of thing until about age 13, and parkour teaches disciplin so they are less likely to become antisocial.

  • agreed but i do parkour, im 14 and yes i use it to get away from security guards nd run get away from people, but most of the time im getting away from security guards for skating spots im not meant to, then mouthing off... its not like im stealing stuff..

  • lol your stupid. i doubt it. one, your to wimpy to steal. two, your to fat to do parkour. case closed.

  • u dont even know me..ur probably fat and jealous cause uu cant steal shit from nobody

  • LOLOLOL that is what many wanabes at my school would say. Those who 1 cartoon too much and begin acting like they are the "Chosen one" Dude do acouple of push ups and crunches every day and burn off those lovely love handels

  • jeesus people hes not saying kids should use parkour to get away from kids, hes saying that kids doing parkour will stop them being anti social, because theyve got something else to do.

  • omg that is f**king hard

  • Tío que hacen esos paquetes haciendo Parkour, no tienen madres que se preocupen, que empiecen mas de mayores. Bueno mejor así de grandes son unas maquinas, debí hacer yo lo mismo. S:

  • Thanks

    bored here 6a

  • 5/5 :)

    watch?v=0bq14b57JjQ

  • ye good on u, teach kids how to run away faster from the cops after holding up the jewellers =) .....dumb cops

  • I think it's nice to learn this kids Parkour .

    :) They'll be better .

  • good

  • i understand the consept. But if skills like these fall into the hands of a criminal, dont deny that a normal police man would not be able to do half the things these kids could do if they practiced.

  • your a fag, leave em alone man, peace and respect bro, god bless

  • I agree with you but I practice parkour and have done for 2 years now i admit i have used it to get away from police and stuff never nothing serious just got caught on roofs etc.. so i ran and use parkour skills to get away i see what you mean though.

  • yeh,....happened to me in college once,...2 security guys were on my tail,so i used parkour to get away....

  • you must be really cool.

  • man these kids are future free runners man, respect.

  • i was in this documentry brap brap im now top in da world in parkour for my age yeah!!

i will b in pk gen soon after my exams

  • thats so cool :)

  • way to teach little kids faster and more efficient ways to run from the cops.

  • That's really not the point of Parkour. it's an area of self-improvement.

  • That isn't the point of parkour, parkour is about self improvment and disicipline and if its such a big deal that us Traceurs can get away from the police easily why don't they practice aswell..

  • wheres that???

  • "help prevent crime"

no its to help them get away when they just been caught trying to nick a car stereo lol

  • This track is big - any news on the artist/track. UK rap can be so on point? One.

  • bajs!!!!!!! =P

  • what this is song??

  • there make them b able 2 get way from yu lol :)

  • and what do you do evry day if I may ask?

  • tell me a good way to spend life

    You dont know, im sure.

  • Those kids are gonna be pro when there older

  • ye i gess they will be ;)

  • ye i gess they will be ;)

  • i practice parkour in puerto rico

  • Lo.ol jaka szkola pk ^^

  • i love the idea want to learn how so bad can only do what i can figure out on my own...i also like how they say they keeping kids outa crime but are also teaching them how to get away from cops :-)

  • LOOOL that's true, it's like if you guys wanna be bad you always can escape from fat cops with that.

  • if you actually do a little research on this then you will find out that the first thing they tach you is to not commit crime...

  • Teaching Children how to do parkour.. VerY CooL..

  • I want something like that too over here=). I like to practice, but not alone and always nice someone and some stuff to teach me ^^.

  • why cant i go to that school =[

  • dang i was always doin stuff like this when i was little, doin like frontflips and 360s off benches and porches and stuff, jumpin off 15-foot-high tree houses, etc. i shoulda kept with it, i bet i could make still one kickass video now though

  • thats really cool teach to the younger ppl how to free running and have the support of england, but im a grafer and like free running graffiti is not a crime so plz if england con gives us the same support opening to us some space for our art that would be great.

  • the states suck. every where i go someone is complaning. the only way id be able to do it is wake up and start at like four in the morning.

  • Grafitti is a crime. But it is also a very artistic thing to do, people who do it are very artistic! But, it need to be in aplce that its allowed to be in and it can't be offencive.

  • lol -- parkour's amazing, but can also be used for bad things. police should learn this to make chasing outlaws easier in domestic areas, and as a form of exercise to the - well, not so healthy ones. this might be cool to see in CSI or what not .. haha

  • they used it in the james bond movie casino royale when bond was chasing some cuban guy.

  • That was Sebastien Foucan one of the figureheads of the discipline le parkour..

  • simply amazing if you ask me

  • HMHM- Freerunning...

  • wtf, why cant america have that??

  • Because its "America" they dont waste money here ( they know nothing of PK+ they make fun of me) :(

  • does anybody know if there is classes in the usa. ex. southern cali.?

  • SWEET!! Shit america! Your youth needs stuff like this!

  • Yeah we really do.

  • ya your right

  • Hell yeah we doI do a little parkour in school and just when I'm out in town and people just dis you and say your actin' stupid.Or get down from there or fucking immature brat...America needs to know more about this stuff.

  • hehe, blow off steam XD

    well said

  • What i think is that the police should start doing that in my town so they wouldnt give us tickets of 300$ for climing on a restaurant :P well what i knwo from experience is that using parcour we can run away from them XD

  • though here in sweden we don't get tickets when we practise parkour, only the elderly get's scared and call the police to tell us to go to a REAL playground and jump there..

those are things that u have to understand, since buildings arn't made for people to jump on, you wouldn't want anyone to jump on your house would you? neither would people living in a villa like having people running around on their garden,

that cop is still quite unusuall and cool :)

  • yes i understand what i eamn is that the police didnt even let us run around a building (not inside) and anytime we climb lets say on a garbage ub town people call in. especially that we do backflips off em :P someday ile send u vids

  • i am attempting to do Parkour and i am self teaching, the problem is i lack:

    A) an area to perfrom such awesomeness

    B) the right sort of equipment

  • The great thing with Parkour is that you don't need any equipment.

A nice fitting jogging suit is just fine =)

but without the right area :/

  • I think you misunderstand Parkour. Parkour can be performed anywhere, with varying levels of difficulty depending on the type of environment/landscape (urban landscape). Also, equipment needed, is really just yourself; you need concentration, balance and confidence, and maybe a good pair of shoes, but that latter is unnecessary.

Also, an area to pratice/teach yourself can be manufactured to fit your needs and skill level, you just need a bit of imagination.

  • dude it's not hard to understand what parkour is... Everyone could probably use a better place to practice, especially when practicing in the better areas usually means trouble with authority

  • Wow, thats amazing. I wish I had somthing like that.

  • love the beat.

  • it surprises me that the council are encouraging parkour, its pretty dangerous.

  • depends on what you do.... and how experienced you are

  • it's one of the good things about parkour,

it's only as hard as you want it to be, everywhere and always,

  • DIS BE SOME SEEEERIOUS SHITE!

  • Great that they give these kids that chance

  • i wish they had that a my school......

  • WoW i can't wait to see the whole documentary. 5/5

  • this is a program that not only teaches parkour but also tries to diver kids away from gang culture and violence....so you got a problem with that and your a sad sad fuckin individual

  • ... Or in a gang LOL

  • lol id love a place to train

  • Yeah dude this is some motivation right here!

  • plis check aut my movie just cklik at my name

  • this is not really spectaculair? but prettycool

  • Heey, nice video men! Look my video to; youtube-dot- com/watch?v=QKicNgOJvPg but chance the -dot- into a point:), good luck with freerunning!

  • that's awesome! those are some lucky kids. I bet here in the US, some parents would sue any school district or whatever trying to get their kids to do this...probably just because they're making their fat kids get out and jump around..

  • I can makemuch beterr pk

  • the lucky lil bastards LOL

  • OMG If they did somit like this in Manchester i wud so go along,I can do a few things but i need a place to practise. :(
