excuse me, but first societies, governments and education systems were created by the Greek and Roman civilisations and neither of these were muslim societies as islam wasn't a religion at the time. maybe you should look at your history books because Judaism and Christianity where prevalent in the 'first real' societies islam only began later. admittedly arab countries were ahead of other nations in the development of society however they were not muslim at the time.
