@GurlyScreech13 The area you need stretched needs to be full of water, in this case it was only the tip so about a cup of water was used and the boots were tilted forward to keep the tips full of water. If the entire base or boot needs to be stretched, you could fill the entire boot using a trash bag as a liner...
how much did it stretch? would you say a shoe size, half a shoe size?
