I hate to see the classics of the early years to be remade. Granit, there are some that due justice to the orginal films. This happens to be one of the movies that i dont know how its going to turn out. I agree that movies are to focused on the looks of the actors and so forth which takes away from the realness factor. I hope this movie does come out well, we will just have to wait and see. reguardless ill still love micheal bay movies.

speaking of which, englund has this problem in New Nightmare and FvJ where the makeup got more excessive, and when he was done, his head looked huge next compared to his body...

this 'freddy' has the same problem, which englund's freddy did not in the main series, it was when they tried to overcomplicate his makeup... ohwell i dont have high hopes for this one, but i was DIEING to see the teaser

Yeah i agree but i would love to see the new effects they added also i would like to see if they stick to the original story from 1984

doubt it... i could see them using a few name-drops such as nancy (like zombie did in halloween)

but i see it being them doing a scene of freddy getting killed, (15 mins of origins) and then getting to a bland story (like the friday the 13th reboot)

i could see this being almost identical (structure wise) to the F13 movie from last year...
