  • please do more tutorial video, LIKE IT!

  • this is the best tutoria to lear the the aerial i learned in less than a month just practing all these things daily

  • This tutorial is very useful if you wanna learn how to do an aerial, it helped me a lot in 2008.

I learned Front Handspring using the other tutorial from team ryouku, it was so fucking helpful, they should make the Back Handspring Tutorial, I know how to do a BHS though. also they should make a Back Flip Tutorial cuz my standing Back Flips are weird i'd like to have it higher.

  • Great tutorial! It fills you with confidence before you even start as its broken down and builds you up - well done! Keep em coming!

  • i would end up killing myself if i tried that.

  • they need to do a back handspring tutorial

  • GREAT RESOURCE :-)

  • dam id b so ninja if i did that

  • woaaaie!!!! super like teh

  • This was really helpful!

I have been doing gymnastics for a year and a half but could never do this. I taught myself dive cartwheels, but got stuck there. I got a terrible habit of always sticking my hands out right when I got vertical. I worked on it for over an hour today until the sun set and I actually managed to make it with just resting my second hand as I landed. I look forward to more progress tomorrow!

  • excelent¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • s ela rifa

  • @nikko23miguel: You push off with your left foot if you're right handed.

  • mu buen tutorial

  • a great tutorial.

  • i don't see the difference between aerial and aerial roundoff

  • saludos

  • Anyone knows where can I find more tutorial videos of team Ryouko?

  • This is great help! thank you

  • What foot should i use to push my leg right or left?

    coz im right handed..

  • one should naturally feel more comfortable than the other. Do the same side you find easiest for a regular cartwheel.

  • in how many days have you learnt it¿?

  • to tell you the truth it only took 2 days but it took like 2 months to tweak it a bit to make it look really clean.

  • Very good tutorial.

  • this is how I learned the ariael. Using both arms helped pretty much!

  • thanks

  • i really love to do that.. but im afraid to break my neck!!

  • you dont have anything to worry about if you are going to crash you will set your hands in the floor

  • but in da vid he just said that if you do that.. it will stop ur rotation :S

  • what i mean is that you will see the floor all time in fact you have to look at the floor

    to do aerial

  • very good thanks

  • i land in the same spot i was standing

    am i doin it wrong?

  • no, it is alrite if u land in the same place. And even if ur doin it wrong, as long as u look good who cares.

  • please shutup

  • yes

  • thx ;))

  • i cant even do a cart wheel...

    somethings wrong lol

  • This video is awsome and it helped me learning this!! Now i can do it!!

  • congratulations!!!!

  • Ryouko ForTheWin ^^

  • gud tutorial first calss

  • wich one is more easyer to start, this one or the front spring?

  • i think front handspring, good luck!

  • definitlay front handsrping

  • @siriusb2 yeah defo the front hanspring

  • super tutorial

  • Wow ! impressionant ! ) :D >) ^^

    ok A+ >>

  • im can do it running but i want to be able to do it standing, any one got any tips?

  • dude can u teach me a few moves?

i get 2 scared to even do the run up wall backflip lol

  • very good tutorial

  • Thats Raiden's stunt! :O

  • can someone give me some pointers. I can sometimes do a one handed cartwheel but sometimes can't. I moved straight onto the dive and I can do the dive with 1 hand only.. do I need to get my one handed done as well?

  • i have a silly question... i used to do this when i was little and in gymnastics... but now i am scared because i am bottom heavy... any suggestions? can this still work for me with practice?

  • yes

  • so why do you think anybody cares ?

  • you can do the move, and yet you have trouble spelling it....

  • Then, why the hell are you here? You dont haz brag rightz

  • i guess the movement of the arms really matter..that was never really important to me,but now i will try it!!!

  • wow,nice n simple!!!

  • hmm good tutorial! never seen it taught this way.

  • yeah a good tutorial to, the next thing i have to learn but the front handspring is good

    an easy to learn

  • excellent tutorial.... thats all i have to say.....

  • esta bien

  • lo, I exacly wanted to say the same thing like 7704398 xD it would be very helpful

  • You want my USAG pro-number?

  • wow i watched the front hand spring tutorial one and it was awsome you should really make one for back hand springs

  • they should make one for everything i think, all the basics anyway

  • absolutely!! it beats teaching yourself with NO help anyway!!

  • I agree, it's very simple and straight to the point. As a gymnastics coach, the problem with a video for back handsprings or back tucks is that if you mess up a kip-up or a front handspring or an aerial, you might get hurt or just look stupid. If you mess up a backhandspring you could very well die or be permanently disabled.

  • They might wanna mention that a spotter is very useful if not neccessary!

But I enjoy their tutorials as well.. nice and easy ;-)

  • True, but this is still GREAT advice for beginners

  • @7704398

Yeah, make one for backhandspring (; !

  • Where can you buy this dvd?

  • well i haven't seen this kind aproach to aerial before, looks good

  • en dos palabras, im-presionante

jjeje, muchasd gracias, mañana lo ago

  • niceee :)))

  • Wow...the whole time I've been falling on my side it was because my body got confused between my intent and the reality of the move; my hands wouldn't stay at my side and it would throw off my momentum...I see.

    Much appreciated

    ~Jonolan

  • i learned the aerial very quickly thats a good tutorial

  • The best tutorial i've seen for an aerial. This is something that I've realy been strugling with.

  • thank you it is 9:35 am so i will try this after noon but i cant think of a box to use can you give and suggestions and would a milk carton wourl like one of those squar plastic boxes

  • lol milk carton =D just go to a park or something and try to find a back-less bench. there's plenty of those around my house...

  • can do it without box?

  • yo creo que si

  • i agee..thats great...

  • good..respect

  • the first aerial in the video is a side-to-side aerial not a gymnyst aerial like taught in the video

  • ojala me funce ^^

  • Very good tutorial, I'll try it!

    Thanks!

  • thx i really appreciate this video with the box idea you chines people ;) so clever unlike us asians (bangladeshis)

  • you mean "other" asians, since chinese ARE asians.

  • this is great! can't wait to go practice now! :)
