Thank you for this beautiful recording! The fugue is played in exactly the tempo I prefer--every phrase speaks truly. I seldom hear this played well, even by fine pianists. It is usually played too fast. If they played in old stone buildings here in Austria or in Germany, they would know that it must move more slowly to sound in our very live rooms. The prelude can be fast, of course, as long as it is transparently played and consistently articulated. I am grateful for your artistry and example!

The Prelude is played too fast for my liking but the Fugue is played beautifully, every note accentuated with care and feeling
