I sent my xbox in for service for an open tray error. They wouldnt do the warranty work on it saying it had been tampered with. I bought it last christmas for my 6yrd son and no one has tampered with it. The xbox came back with this same combination of lights and no longer works. Microsoft warranty department are a bunch of idiots trying to find a way to get out of warrantying their products. BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE CROOKED!!! NO MORE MICROCRAP FOR ME.........

You have Xmas tree lights. Which means that its a bad flash on the nand. Make sure to remap nand bad blocks and re flash.

stick it in the microwave for 10 sec, swap cases, send back to M$. the microwave will make it go back to 3rrod. no joke. of cause it will be unrepairable but that is on M$. they will send you a replacment console.

Idk if you guys Have fixed this error or not but basically microsoft killed ur xbox.. They took something out of it to stop functioning because u probably sent it in to them and they sent it back saying it was tampered with right?

@MillerLTProductions This is exactly what happened to me. The xbox wasnt tampered with in any way. At most, the outside had marks on it from kids moving it around. My son is 6 and cant modify or tamper with anything. These people are crooks. Its one thing to not honor the warranty,its another to disable the console. I'm pissed right now ,just got off the phone with them and they claimed they didnt do anything to it>.LIARS!!!
