@nawab256 In Japan, there are a lot of arcade games that give you a card that has a character on it that you can scan the next time you play so you can play as that character. When I was in Osaka, I played a Super Sentai game where you could play as every single sentai team and it dispensed a card. It's all totally random, but it's a cleaver concept.
