The FORCE Kit comes with a 12 week progressive workout program that includes a warm-up routine as well as two real-time workouts.
That guy is pretty strong for being able to handle is own body-weight. And suspension training is great for building up stabilizer strength which will help with all types of life scenarios.
andy the best part was undoubtably playing with the kids. growing up i used to be one of those kids playing outside all the time and i just dont see that anymore. the park was our gym..lol.. now kids are gettin fat and unhealthy sitting in from of a game console thses days... great workout vid and nice on the McDerminatior ..haha

the trx is great for some moves and useless for others. a few of those clearly didnt need the trx to be performed. but whatever. good vid all the same. youre clearly in great shape and thats what counts.
liked the video use all the exercises w?my cients at gym actually ad some twists in at bottom of some of the exercises for rotation and to help open hips. much btr than the idiot who hooks his trx up to the dowls and does multiple stupid exercises. atleast these have regression and progression for the begenner to advanced and the 80 % of population

there are soo many TRX videos out there and they are all crazy boring. Just a row, curls, etc... I really like the 2 reps and move on for the video... Why people take videos of 25 reps is beyond me ha. I dont know how to edit yet but when I do - they'll be quick and to the point like yours. Nice work man...
@andymcd23 no problem bro. I may troll from time to time on an MMA discussion, but I know a good vid when I see one. I love TRX too, although I cheated and made my own it still works great. I haven't touched weights in a long time. I'm also a trainer, a sports nutritionist and a martial artsist all my life and couldn't advocate using TRX any more to people. just add some sprints and you got yourself a great complete workout.

I have watched hours of videos of exercises with workout equipment like this. In my opinion this by far the best demonstrations I have ever seen. From top to bottom an outstanding job. I am going to use some of these exercises displayed. Thank you.
Ohh you train heavy as well? So low reps/high weight? Its better to switch it up between high rep and low rep for strength training and building lean muscle? I thought to get your kind of strength you'd have to do mostly bodyweight exercises :/ Sorry If I might seem clueless and all :P. And this is the kind of training you should do for cross? Mon: Upper heavy, Tues: Lower heavy and shoulders heavy, Weds: cardio, Thurs: Upper dynamic/high-reps, Fri: Lower dynamic/high-reps and shoulders, Sat: cardio, Sun: longer run. That's the present. But you're right, it's always changing! :)
@Alberigo121 Hi Alberigo! No, I never do, although I suppose you could, if you were aiming for a very comprehensive, total-body workout. It may take a while though! :) I use the TRX maybe once a week, as a change of pace, on a high-reps day as opposed to a heavy day. It's nice to train outside somewhere instead of in the gym! :)
@gysgtsong Whoa! :) Thanks for checking it out. Actually the TRX is much harder, but I can't honestly tell you if it's recommended on that particular equipment. I just do it... I weigh about 170, and have never had a problem, but if you're heavier, use at your own risk??? Haha, best to you friend!
I tried TRX to take a break from heavy lifting and i loved it. now im back into lifting, this video makes me want to switch back. there is alot of stuff that ive never seen done on a TRX and they look awesome!

@Jesterclaus Hey thanks. Yep, I try to work the TRX or some other bodyweight training into my plan about once a week. The rest of my training is cardio, core, and more traditional and circuit-like training sessions. What works best for me: Consistency and Variety... :) Best of luck!
Just got my TRX and its worth every penny, I live up in Canada and play semi pro hockey and this is the best workout ive had in a while. Even tho I have the FORCE Kit not the one in the video but still 5 stars!!

I did not know you can do pull ups on TRX. I thought that TRX was for partial bodyweight exercises and USA was for full body weight exercises.
