It doesn't mean that arrow heads evolved from triangle rocks,it is just a coincidence. The only difference between that moth pre-evolution and post-evolution is NOT macro evolution but micro evolution, they didn't change into a completely different species but rather a different sub-species; much like how with selective breeding you can create new breeds of dogs, environmental factors "breed" a darker moth.
