  • Scott. My name is Scott and i met you in a Bikram class in bellingham a year or two ago. I said hey "are you that guy from the videos?"

    anywho...glad i found you again...or rather sought you out. I got hurt again doing my crazy Mt biking

    found out i broke my neck 4-5 years ago, have a herniated disc between 3-4 a bone spur coming off 4-5 and muscle ligament damage. Bottom line i'm a wreck and in pain. Ordering bodyflow vids soon, and getting back into yoga etc in a serious way. Classes anywhere?

  • This dude is awesome. Im not a fighter but I incoprorated this into my outdoor bodyweight training days and my hip/leg drive strength has increased exponentially. I also jacked the Kong and the scorpion bridge. Everything is great, Fighter or not!
