@mattcat11 first you need a decent comp then the pc version then you download the mods and follow the instructions to install the mod

Simple Native 4.1 or 4.0 if you download it

1) paste it in the where gta 4 is installed

2) if there is noo filefixchek you must downoad it just search

3) Run Gta 4 as admin

4) In game press F3 or F4
