hey man, did you ever leave your neighborhood? Do you know what "cultural differences" mean? You obviously have never been to other countries and are unable to understand other cultures. That video you're talking about was made in Brazil and the girl is a famous celebrity there. She was just dancing and the kids wanted to dance too. Of course anyone in that country would let their children dance, specially in the presence of a celebriity. Brazil is not repressed and boring like the US.

@museclips i dont know if your comment was intended for me but...i never said anything bad about any culture never said anything bad about anybody...but since i am from usa i saw this video as something funny...ever watch world's funniest commercials??? most of the commercials are from foreign countries and americans find some things that are normal over there as funny...im sure it works the other way around too...dude u need to lighten up
