with cerebral palsy you could also think of hippotherapy (see NARHA), because it will improve your posture, your movements, your bloodcirculation etc.
I have cerebral palsy and one day i leid down and was thinkin' sleep a littlebit and for some reason i started to breathe this way (i learned it on 4th grade cuz my neck was very painful and i had headaches)And i felt stess is coing away!It took almost 20 mins for me.And now,i saw this video and i have back pain myself today...:D and i thought "How the heck i didn't realize that it helps to get rid of my back pain too" Hahah:D

This is a great easy technique to relieve lower back stress and relax you. It will really clear your mind and increase your mental focus. Feel your lower back 'melt' as the stress is relieved. Excellent!
