As a girl who never did drugs, who hung out with bands, I have probably inadvertently insulted some very cool people when offered a smoke, I declined. It was nice of them, because I guess they saw me as helpful (helped the mandolin player tune in the dark from a country punk band once). I know when I declined the offer it was an awkward moment.
