In the age of text messaging I can understand that concern for pronunciation or punctuation may seem silly, but I'm just this side of completely mortified to hear the English language so butchered in such a public forum. I don't blame the moderate, I blame the adults behind the camera who SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER, DAMMIT!!!

This proposition IS badly flawed. And why spend more money on child hospitals when there is still leftover unspent bonds for propostion 61. BTW, I'm not saying we should forget about caring for children, as I am a kid too.

what I am trying to find out is, wouldn't fixing these hospitals really be a waste of tax payer money? The reason I say this is because these hospitals treat everyone and MAKE EVERYONE pay for services rendered. Its not like we have universal healthcare.
