  • We still use the m14

  • M1 Garand all the way!

  • the m14 was first issued in korea

  • @solidussnake9000 kinda sorta as a trail, but the weapons that were predominantly used were weaponry from WWII

  • @solidussnake9000 it issued in in vietnam and was replaced about a into the war by the m16 the m2 carbine was issued in korea. the m1 garand was still used some in vietnam but not standered issue

  • @solidussnake9000 the m14 never saw action in korea. It didnt enter service until 1957 which is post korean war

  • @solidussnake9000 actually it was issued in vietnam

  • @FallenKiller141 but was replaced by the m16 about a year later

  • @solidussnake9000 the M14 wasn't issued in Korea. It wasn't adopted by the US military until 1957, 4 years after the Korean war ended.

  • I want to ask... How many BB's are a round?

I mean 20 rounds for example, how many BB's would be?

    Thank you

  • @TekladoAxerain 20 bb's 1round=1bb

  • @TekladoAxerain 20 bbs is 20 rounds, 1 bb is 1 round

  • where did you get these?

  • m14 arent phased out....... they use them as upgraded dmr's

  • i just want a prop fuckin m1 garand

  • actually the m14 came in late korea but i think the like 104 airborne were the only guys that had it

  • yeah gzozeza but the m4 rounds have alot of powder behind them

  • it fucks your mind to think that airsoft bbs are larger caliber than an m4.

  • @gzozeza yep complete mind fuck

  • @gzozeza ......I just thought of that Lmfaoo!

  • @gzozeza They're not...

  • @gzozeza I mea, sure, the BB has a larger diameter, but in terms of mass, it's SIGNIFICANTLY smaller.

  • Comment removed

  • @gzozeza actually they are a larger caliber. the m4 shoots a 5.56mm (diameter) bullet airsoft guns are 5.95mm in diameter.

  • @Strauskizle im pretty sure thats exactly what i said....

  • @gzozeza oh i think i must have read it wrong i read it as though you were inlusting the vid maker... nvm

  • the m1 garand is manufactured by a mechanic? in an online airsoft store called "the regiment" there is a set, m1 garand manufacture by a mechanic that its price is 560 euros? is that as your m1 garand (go and see the page on the internet to tell me yes or no) do not know if it's that or not

  • Your all full of crap.

  • @whittbob13 1. *You're and 2. Learn how to spell and punctuate your english grammer now GTFO

  • @aquosman99 Grammar? XD

  • @josh777772002 Facepalm to myself

  • @aquosman99 Not sure you're face palming but go for it!

  • Personally, the M14 wins because its magazine fed. You don't need to go find all the en-blocs you ejected if you use the M14! I wish they made it with a wood stock though, but even if they did the M1 would still win in the looks department. I'm going to get one way down the line, mount a tracer unit and a AN/PVS-2 "Starlight" night vision scope on it. Surprisingly the AN/PVS-2 is relatively inexpensive for a military grade NV scope. Even when its been converted to run off of AA batteries.

  • where do you even buy 8mm bbs?

  • m14 was made before vietnam in replacement for the m1garand

  • M 14 is just a copy of the M1 garand!!! and is sucked

  • just because the m1 has all wood fiishing doesnt mean that its all that great....besides both guns are made in the U.S....

  • @skate2surf false the marushin m1 is made in japan while the Wetti M14 is made in Taiwan, now the real steel ones are made in the US

  • @aquosman99 I believe he meant they were both originally made in the US (the real gun)

  • You suck! The m1 garand was used in world war 2 and the m14 was used in vietnam and present get yor facts strait

  • @TheApacheseven false- it was still used in korea and vietnam but not as much as a presence as the m14 had in vietnam. The m1's impact was just like the thompsons in vietnam thye still used it but it was not as widely used as it was in WWII or Korea. If you clearly look at the humble wikipedia you will see in the TEXT " and, to a limited extent, Vietnam" Word per word

  • @aquosman99 wikipedia isnt that reliable of a sight.. im pretty sure noone was issued an m1 garand in vietnam. because of the M14... but then again i dont know much about vietnam... but good video.

  • @WW2medicfan if some dont believe that is a reliable source look at world(dot)guns(dot)ru

  • @WW2medicfan I've been told that some were issued for rear guard and other offline duties, same with the 1903 during ww2.

  • @WW2medicfan Actually the ROK had the M1 during Vietnam but later on was issued the M16 from their American Allies

  • @TheApacheseven get your head out of playing CoD and learn real a FIREARMS HISTORY mere child

  • @TheApacheseven m14 was used in korea you fucking cod fag

  • @MrToinou2706 yeah most cod nerds dont know the m14 was put into service in 1947 thanks for educating cod kids

  • @ww2guy100 i am a cod kid, apparently the only one to receive a proper education

  • @MrToinou2706 yes you are

  • @TheApacheseven actualy they both were used in vietnam

  • @TheApacheseven The m1 garand was used all the way up to the Korean War and then some were issued to the South Vietnamese in the Vietnam War

  • @TheApacheseven Where'd you learn that? Call of doody?

  • @TheApacheseven Now kid call of duty is just a game 80 per cent of the things didn't happened.Stupid children don't know how to separete the real life from a video-game

  • @airsoftTV95 dicontinued not used anymore

  • how much does the m1 weigh

  • @GalaxyRapper345 like 9 pounds

  • @airsoftTV95 kinda sorta yes it is still in service but like 1 per squadron

  • @aquosman99 who still uses the vietnam m14?

  • @www7598wr2 the united states military, maybe not an original vietnam m14 but an ebr or dmr.

  • @aquosman99 you just typed m14 tho lol ebr version blows ass anyways

  • @www7598wr2 yeah the dmr and ebr is an m14 just a different stock

  • i prefer the m14 over the m1 cause the m14 get you out of shit when you have 10 or 12 guys at you

  • I dont know how I got here. But When I saw the prcies of those airsoft guns I was like. HOLY SHIT. ILL BUY THAT IF KIM KARDASHIAN COMES OUT AND SUCKS MY DICK

  • The M14 in real life could fire full auto. The enhanced battle rifle or DMR versions are semi auto. The version that went into Vietnam were full auto. A lot of soldiers kept it over the first M16s because the first M16s were made from flimsy plastic and they really weren't that reliable. Also there was skepticism about the new 5.56 mm bullet compared to the traditional 7.62mm.

  • @dreammaker182 you do know the EBR is an m14 that has Fully automatic capabilities right. The M14 EBR mod 0 is a Full Auto as is the DMR. There are special versions of the two versions that are semi-automatic only.

  • @aquosman99 that's great! I bet it can really be useful for suppression, especially when the enemy is behind cover. 5.56 just doesn't cut it when it comes to shooting through cover like bricks.

  • @dreammaker182 wow you watch a lot of history channel dont you?

  • The M1 Garand's last war was the Korean War.. You said Vietnam. :)

  • @MegaSCARS they still used it in vietnam just not as much as korea. Its just like how they used the Thompson in Vietnam

  • @aquosman99 Oh, i'm sorry, bro. xD

  • Is that M14 full wood and metal?

  • @Oisin34 it is immitation wood but it has real metal. The real metal is aluminum.

  • Pretty ironic, japan making an airsoft model of m1 garand.

  • 3:40 for firering

  • you forgot to say that the m14 got reinstated as a dmr i think the 7.62x51mm round is a beast compaired to the AK's 7.62x39mm and the m16s WIMPY!!!!!! 5.56x45mm pellet im not saying the m16 is bad though i just wish it had a larger caliber round. =)

  • @roguesqadronairsoft well originally it did during the test trials of the early AR series of rifles, like the AR-10. Well the thing is with the 5.56 is that the bullet tends to rip and tear flesh upon entering the body and it stays there, Where the ak and nato rounds just have striaght pass throughs

  • @aquosman99 unless they tumble :)

  • @roguesqadronairsoft well originally it did during the test trials of the early AR series of rifles, like the AR-10. Well the thing is with the 5.56 is that the bullet tends to rip and tear flesh upon entering the body and it stays there, Where the ak and nato rounds just have straight pass throughs

  • @roguesqadronairsoft the reason for the m16 having the 5.56x45 is that its light and gives the gun a longer range and makes it mre accurate than the ak47 plus the 5.56x45 when it goes into somebody it will tumble and break apart creating a large wound cavity compared to the 7.62x51

  • What is the cost of the M1 Garand? please somebody can tell me?

  • @PastasnailTheGamer Oh, ok, thanks

  • I have that jacket

  • m1 grand came from wwII and the m2 carbine replaced the m14 was used in vitnam and replaced the m2

  • To be honest with you, i think the M1 garand wins right off the bat.

thats all you need to see of the vid

  • where can i buy and m1 garand airsoft and for how much?

  • i got my m1 garand made on u.s. property and all u.s. parts and I know they make most in japan and i think its pretty funny how the japs are making guns we killed them with in ww2

  • @ww2guy100 nice and oh the irony

  • @aquosman99 yeah

  • @ww2guy100 ignorant american...

  • @Evan0728 how??? and what are you a jap or something mr chin chang

  • @Evan0728 how

  • @ww2guy100 Well, their WW2 guns were ugly, and M1 garand can have more buyers than a WW2 Jap Gun

  • @ww2guy100 there are 2 types of m1 garands that i know of your right 1 was made by the u.s. but the 1 in this video was the japenese version but less than 100 were made it held 10 rounds instead of the 8 from the u.s. garand

  • @ww2guy100 srry i meant to give this comment to someone else

  • @ww2guy100 dude.. how long ago was WW2?

  • @Starpigs92 69 years ago

  • @ww2guy100 then why would Japan still give a fuck?

  • @Starpigs92 we control thier military and killed over 2,620,000 to 3,120,000 of them

and still use thier recources to our advadtages

  • I've owned both, but only kept one- the M14.

The Marushin M1 looks good, but shoots terribly. The "higher caliber BB" you like does not fly better. 8mm means more surface area, which means more drag and wind interference. The bolt on the Marushin M1 is thin and fragile- it doesn't kick much and breaks.

The WE M14 is cheaper by around $300 and shoots a lot better. The 6mm BB and Hicapa hop-up result in an extremely accurate combo. Check my channel for info.

  • The WE M14 bolt is a chunk of metal that results in decent kick for an airsoft gun. It is also less fragile.

The two piece trigger box and wood stock can be replaced for $225- thus fixing the two main complaints against the WE M14. If you're going to spend $600 on either rifle, you get more bang for your buck in the M14. (going off of today's prices)

  • @mkcsu27 dude the bolt on the marushin is steel vs. aluminum and tanio Koba makes a rifled barrel for it and the gas nozzle for it is metal instead of plastic. In my opinion the m14 i own sucks, the hop-up is terrible by going up or curving down and no matter what gram bb you use it still will do this. There both collecters items in a sense but Japan makes way better guns than Taiwan does by a long shot

  • @aquosman99

Nope- the bolt is not steel. Take a magnet and test it. The M14 nozzle is plastic because its designed that way. When green gas expands, it results in a huge drop in temperature. FACT: composite plastics expand and contract with temperature better than metal. I've seen RAtech aluminum nozzles crack before cheaper plastic ones do.

My WE M14 hop up gets 250 foot range out of the box.

Japan doesn't make better guns. Try comparing the WA M4 GBB vs. the WE M4 open bolt- the WE wins

  • @mkcsu27 my m14 nozzle is not plastic it is aluminum and if the bolt isnt steel then how is the bolt blued just like the rest of the rifle. and have you heard of Tanaka there from japan and their products are legends. and a wa m4 is still better than the we m4 in my opinion due to the fact that we is newer to the openbolt game where wa has been around for years at a time in it. anyway i agree with you that the m14 is better in ways where the m1 is not, like bbs are cheaper (6mm) thn 8

  • @aquosman99

Your "bolt" is metal. The black part that the gas actually goes through is plastic. No one has made a WE M14 aluminum nozzle, so it simply doesn't exist.

The bluing isn't true gun steel bluing. You can "blue" aluminum these days. A good example is the original TM M1A1 receiver- its Zinc but it replicates blued steel very well. I'm willing to bet Marushin took a similar approach as the finishes look alike.

Both Taiwan and Japan have good companies- can't say one is better

  • @aquosman99

as for the WA being better, I've owned more than five of the WA system M4s and M16s. They're beat very easily, even when upgraded.

  • @mkcsu27 what do you know about the g&p woc

  • @aquosman99

What do you want to know about it? I've had three of them at one point or another and I know the rifle down to the last screw

  • @mkcsu27 and the fact that the m14 is a tad bit cheaper than the m1 which is ok, but I'm still an m1 man never really liked the m14 in a sense (Full auto fun time), the bottom line is I mainly bought it to add to my collection and ocassionally shoot it and skirmish with it

  • @aquosman99

The TK barrel isn't "rifled". It doesn't apply spin to the BB, it only creates a stable air flow around the BB. Look on some reputable forums if you don't believe me.

  • @mkcsu27 oh yeah one question were did u get your m1903 springfield, im in the market for one or a lee enfield no.4 mkII

  • @aquosman99

    My real M1903?

  • @mkcsu27 yes

  • @aquosman99

Got that one at a local gun show here in Maryland. If you want to discuss more, send me a message via the PM system on youtube

  • i like an m14 because u can use it for so many roles like marks man rifle man sniper and it is very good on semi with high rpms typically

  • @monkeydude78 but the bad thing on this particular m14 is that the fps goes way down when u use full auto

  • @aquosman99 oh that must suck the one im gone save up for is electric made by utg and is very good fps remains same on fully automatic and semi will maybe shoot 250 ft with upgrades like a batery air nozzle and tight bore change up

  • ....... It is garand NOT grand and everyone pronounces it wrong >_>

  • @BrandonSchwarz The A sounds silent when you pronounce the word Garand and If you pronounce you words at a normal speed such as an average person would do. But if you put emphasis on the word Garand you hear the A being pronounced.

  • Where can I get an airsoft M1 Garand?

  • @TheRifleman365 Airsoftgi

  • dont f'ing tell me you bought the airsoft m1. please dont. because you could get a real one for the same price at the cmp and its a service grade. should have just bought 2 m249's

  • @xxuncexx dud im a collector and I got it as a gift a few years back from a relative for a birthday...also I'm more than likely one of the very few people that can own such a thing in the state I live in

  • @aquosman99 okay a gift is fine. lucky butt

  • @xxuncexx although i do need a heavy weapons gun in my arsenal so i guess i may get a saw or a m60

  • @aquosman99 that would be sweet

  • i have always had a problem with full auto guns. its so hard to aim when you shoot very much. i like guns that are only semi and guns that can switch between semi and full auto

  • haha m14 mag fail it still holds just 20 rounds even though they are now bbs

  • @ThatGuyBen99 he said that there was a modification spring that could make it hold 30 rounds

  • @fxqr099 oh

  • @fxqr099 would not recomend that mod tho it can and WILL fuck the mag eventually

  • @souldragon121 good to know, though i really didn't care the slightest. I was just correcting him

  • Ya know if you took out the mag and put darker wood on the m14 thyed look exactly the same

  • and still serves to day fires full and semi automatic

i am not trying to be a jerk i just wish you had your facts right and i hope you make more and hopped this helped THANKS

  • here are the status of the guns

M1 Garand = caliber is a 30-06 8 round clip all wood and metal very relible wars it served through issued in ww2 to middle of korean war then stoped production and was kept for higher rank choices also father of the M14

M14= 7.62 Nato x 50mm 20 round magazine wood and steel body until 1965 then 1965 plastic body and steel fires full and semi auto and "was replaced" by m16 m14 served 1955 to 1972

    M16= 5.56 x50 20 round mag and 30 round mag all plastic served1965

  • @Cazybbs22 An M14 shoots 7.62x51mm Ammunition and an M16 shoots 5.56x45mm Ammunition. An M16 is not all plastic, the furniture such as the stock, handguards, handgrip, etc is plastic and the body is metal. Please clean up your posts and read into weapons a bit before you post.

  • ok I am going to give you a tip the m1 garand was the first semi automatic rifle the us army had ok it was used in ww2 and ended production in the korean war it was still used in the korean war and the m14 was as they say a upgrade from the m1 grand the reason for that is 20 round clip and fires in full auto during the korean war the m14 and the m14 was put out of production in the veitnam war which started in 1965 by the m16 now the status of all the guns

  • @Cazybbs22 The Vietnam war did not start in 1965, it actually started many years earlier. We had advisors in Vietnam for some years and 1965 was when we really got involved. The Battle of the La Drang is what really brought it on.

  • @Cazybbs22 no going to get involved but hes right la drang really did bring the war on

  • @gojirafan12 no there two different calibers

  • M1 garand wins by a landslide!

  • M1 garand wins by a landslide!

  • where did you get the M1 GARAND please

  • @videoww2soldier98 its has been discontinued

  • you know they still make it!!... you can get it from redwolf... its not partically rare ive seen many even in here finland! even my sun project m700 is a lot more rare then that.

  • @theLEMONcitrus no they dont this is the walnut limited and it says discontinued on red wolf and any other site that carried this fine specimen of a rifle. and one thing LUCKY that is a nice m700

  • oh i didnt know that was the walnut version. ive held the normall wood version. arent they identical exept the stock? yes the 700 is nice. good quality.

  • @theLEMONcitrus yeah pretty much

  • @videoww2soldier98 red dragon airsoft is getting one soon

  • @sgtjakass how do you know that

  • donde la compraste? no encontrado ninguna replica en ninguna tienda

  • @rifador airsoftgi

  • @rifador airsoftgi

  • M1 garand WIN!!! jajaja

  • I disagree with your decision. I go with the M14 because of the bigger mag and the ability of full auto.

  • @Carnotaurus98 All depends on the perspective of the player. I myself am more of a collector than a player. The m1 is more for collectors the m14 is more for skirmishes and battles.

  • Good overview - makes me want to get one but don't have the cash.

  • Wait is that kwa green gas? where did you get it?

  • @AirsoftCalifornia my store its lets the gun shoot at a higher fps
