  • Miss these guys. Extremely underrated.

  • darn goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood song

  • its on itunes

  • I HAVE A QUESTION...CAN SOMEONE PLEASE UPLOAD SECOND COMING'S "THE SONG" OFF THEIR SELF-TITLED ALBUM, PLEEEASE??? THAT SONG IS THE EPITOMY OF BADASS

  • Hey where can I download this band! I just discovered damn!!

  • I remember Johnny and James back in the days when we were all playing covers! That was almost 20 years ago!

  • Damn do I love this song! Had this C.D stolen from me back in the day. I'm going to kick the little thieving bastard's ass after he finally get's of prison...LOL!

  • @althazarr unique? Sounds like Layne Staley to me....

  • @BCsongs You're probably the only person who thinks this guy sounds like Layne Staley.

  • @JohnLawrenceCobraKai Obviously a big influence the guy..using alot of the same patterns Layne liked to use.

  • This song is too ill

  • @althazarr They should be way bigger, these guys jam!

  • around 80's Bacolas had a band with Layne Staley. was kinda a highschool band.

  • This song is awsome! Epic ass vid, too. I liked "Soft" as well, their first hit and oh yeah "Unknown Rider" brang back good memories from the 9th grade...if you forgot, it was featured on the Sixth Sense movie...There were big things going for this band. What happened? They just completely vanished...I liked them, but just the whole CD was really wierd, I thought.

  • Great band. they are absolutely incredible live....good to see a video!!!

  • I saw Second Coming live back in 97 at Blue Cat's in Knoxville, Tn. They rocked the house of course. Travis was F.U.B.A.R. by the end of that night. But it didn't stop them from kickin out the jams! It was at this concert that I bought their self-titled cd and was a fan hence-forth. This song & Constantine being my favorite of that album. I was wondering though, can anyone tell me if Travis is still a member of the Iron Lords biker gang?

  • @morbidious I saw Second Coming open up for the RHCP at the Yokohama arena, Japan back in 1988.

  • Completely underrated classic right here!

  • This was a very underrated cd and I still listen to it quite often. Every song is good and you can't say that about too many cds. Damn shame they broke up for good though.

  • classic... love this one

  • Before they formed Second Coming, Johnny Bacolas (bass) and James Bergstrom (drums) were in a band called Alice N' Chains, a percursor to Alice in Chains, which also featured Layne Staley and former My Sister's Machine vocalist Nick Pollock.

  • @althazarr great to hear another album coming, is it same lineup?. so agree with you very underrated band

  • Been listening to these guys for adecade! they rock!!!

  • been listening to these guys for years! awesome!!

  • my dad produst allice and chains bitches

  • My first time watching the video. Must say not bad for the lead singer. Heard the song "It's Coming After" with Layne Staley as lead vocals. That song was addictive sounding from the beat. Does anybody know any really good songs from this band "Second Coming"?

  • Great song! It reminds me when 94.9 Zeta radio station was still on in Miami. ...

  • RESPECT from Russia

  • Love that song also....

  • Love this song. This album has been playing in my car for the last few weeks, except Afilotimi is all scratched up! : ( Been a fan for years now all the way across the Pacific in Australia!!!!!

  • They are recording a new cd for later this year (2009) release! We'll have some video up from the recording process!

  • song rocks!!!, what happened to these guys?????

  • They still be playing bro. :) Seattle

  • Greay Post!

They recorded this album in "Bob's Garage". Bob, is Bob Rivers, a popular seattle DJ who had a morning show on KISW called Twisted Radio.

I am looking for the very first release by this band and i think it was a KISW exclusive so it may have never been released. I don't know the name of the song , but the chorus goes " If it's time to die there is nothing you can do. So if you die too here's what i'm gonna do, I'm gonna strech your skin across a frame and paint it blue. "

  • the song is called "its coming after" available on itunes

  • I ran sound for this band for about 10 years and did all of their tours with Candlebox, Fuel etc. The band did two albums after this one. One was an unplugged album that I produced called "Accoustic" and the next follow up was called "13". THis band is a complete tragety that their true potential was never fully realized.

  • This song, and the entire CD reminds me of the summer of '98. I always had this in my CD player. I wish they could get out to Fetroit

  • always loved the sound of these guys! didnt think i would find the video

  • reminds you of how you saw the world as a child, innocent and naive...as you grow older you see what the real worl is like, but you don't lose faith in HIM.

  • I saw these guys in Miami back in like 1998. I met the guitarist with the long beard. He gave me a pick and signed it. I bought the cd shirtly after and liked it alot. Never heard much from these guys shortly after. I always thought they big potential. Singer sounds like weiland and staley.

  • can anyone tell me whats this song about ?? if anything, or is it just a good song

  • i loved this song. that why it was only playd 2 times and most dumdums just kept diggin on terrible crud and i never got to keep hearin them. Damn Dum Dums!

  • I bet the lead singer is a fan of Jim Morrison. Great song

  • you might be right, but your name should be "danSTANGtheGmanT

  • this song and "soft" were some great tunes ! also of this genre, virgos merlot and orgy. check em' out if you like this ! yeahhhhh!!!

  • Unbelievable Post!! Thanks!! For the people who have posted, you guys are the first I've known that have heard these guys!! Good Taste!

  • Amazing song. One of my all time favs, and one of the only songs I can recite the lyrics to. I'm have a bad memory, but these lyrics seem to stick in my brain.

  • I wish this band would have moved into the route of pop/mainstream. Travis has a gifted voice, it's too bad 2C isn't creating more stuff together. This band really had something powerful.

  • They're still around man, they just got sick of labels. They play all the time in Seattle, and there's been 2 new albums since this one.

  • i love you

  • I'd like to say thank you as well, since I've been looking for this song everywhere... thank you! ^^

I'll listen to "Peace and silence" too, thanks for the tip down4that!

  • I miss this band -- it's hard to find any sign of them on the East coast now, but I still listen to everything I can get my hands on.

  • I know the lead singer from back in the days before Second Coming. Travis was the lead singer on their CD "Phathom That". You can find some practice sessions on here under "Peace and silence". This is a great song, very influenced by the friendship of Layne Staley. the peace and Silence material showcased his great range much better.

  • Yet another awesome find on youtube. Whoever come up with this idea is a flarging genius

  • Dude, thank you so much for posting this amazing video!

  • same here, man

I love this song so much

  • dude. where the heck did you find this?! i've been a fan of 2C since... '99 '00? not sure. back when the "mercury" album was released. but this is awsome.

This video has everyting: crazy sideburns, crazy beards, and a drummer that rocks a little too hard. haha.

  • Awesome, cheers for posting this dude. You are teh pwnz0rz!

  • I'm from the Chicago burbs and first heard "Soft" in Battle Creek, Mi. I think. Bought the cd, loved it. Loved Vintage eyes as well. This came out when Godsmack broke out. I had both cd's and picked Second coming to break bigger, of the two. Perhaps "Soft" should of been the first single video & they should of shown the live crowds reaction. (To help build that following) These dark artisy videos don't bring the Buzz. (First show them who you are, live)

  • They're great. I wonder why nobody knows about them?

  • Man these guys never deserved enuff props they're jus as good as any grunge band the song "SOFT" rocks

  • oh my god thanks thanks thanks, I adore them!!!

  • Best band out there !!! I Never miss a show! Love u guys u are the SHIT!!!!

  • I love this band!!!

  • Thanks for posting this great band...
